želim da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa ponašanjem kazina Rich Prize, u kojem se navodi da posluje iz stanarskog stana 10, Marina Haus, Eden Ajland, Mahe, Sejšeli.
Verujem da postoje ozbiljne zabrinutosti u vezi sa rukovanjem mojim nalogom, merama odgovornog kockanja i ponovnim otvaranjem mog naloga uprkos prethodnim komunikacijama u vezi sa štetom od kockanja.
Moje brige su sledeće:
Tokom određenog vremena, više puta sam kontaktirao operatera tražeći zatvaranje naloga i/ili samoisključenje zbog zabrinutosti u vezi sa mojim kockarskim ponašanjem.
Operator je obavešten da imam problema vezanih za kockanje i da bi mi kontinuirani pristup uslugama kockanja mogao prouzrokovati finansijsku štetu.
Moj nalog je naknadno zatvoren.
Kasnije sam obavešten da je potrebno potpisati odricanje od odgovornosti pre nego što moj račun bude ponovo otvoren.
Odbio sam da potpišem izjavu o odricanju odgovornosti i obavestio sam operatera da je neću potpisati.
Uprkos tome što je prvobitno navedeno da je odricanje od odgovornosti potrebno, operater me je naknadno obavestio da ga ne moram potpisati i moj nalog je ponovo otvoren.
Nakon ponovnog otvaranja naloga, mogao sam da nastavim sa kockanjem i da pretrpim dalje gubitke.
Takođe sam zatražio informacije o nalogu i dokumentaciju od operatera i imam nedoumice u vezi sa obradom tih zahteva.
S poštovanjem molim Nadležni organ da istraži:
• Da li je operater ispunio svoje obaveze licenciranja i zahteve za odgovorno kockanje.
• Da li je operater postupio na odgovarajući način prilikom ponovnog otvaranja mog naloga nakon prethodnih zahteva u vezi sa štetom od kockanja.
• Zašto je odricanje prvobitno bilo potrebno, a potom zanemareno.
• Da li je operater poštovao sopstvene politike samoisključenja i odgovornog kockanja.
Sačuvao/la sam prateće dokaze, uključujući imejlove, prepisku o nalogu, snimke ekrana, zahteve za zatvaranje naloga, komunikacije o odricanju odgovornosti i evidenciju o ponovnom otvaranju naloga, koje sam spreman/na da dostavim na zahtev.
Bio bih vam zahvalan ako biste mogli da potvrdite prijem ove žalbe i da nas obavestite da li ovo pitanje spada u vašu regulatornu nadležnost. 1. Eksplicitno opoziv ovlašćenja: Tokom prošle godine, poslao sam 10 odvojenih pisanih obaveštenja ovom trgovcu u kojima sam izjavio da ima tešku zavisnost od kockanja i krizu mentalnog zdravlja, eksplicitno zahtevajući trajno samoisključenje.
Prema zakonima o odgovornom kockanju, bili su zakonski obavezni da mi odmah zamrznu račun.
2. Iskorišćavanje u lošoj veri: Umesto da zatvori račun, trgovac je ručno zaobišao moje zahteve i ponovo otvorio moj originalni VIP nalog (RP ID 148195) kako bi nastavio da uzima moj novac, što su otvoreno priznali u pisanoj formi.
3. Maskiranje transakcija / pranje novca: Da bi zaobišao moje blokade za kockanje koje je banka propisala, trgovac je namerno obrađivao moje depozite pod lažnim kodovima kategorije trgovaca (MCC) i lažnim nazivima preduzeća (npr. prodavnice nasumične dekoracije i odeće).
4. Agresivno uznemiravanje: Trgovac trenutno generiše 6 do 9 različitih imejl adresa kako bi zaobišao moje blokade kontakata i agresivno ciljao moju ranjivost.
Pošto je trgovac sakrio svoj pravi identitet kako bi zaobišao bankarsko obezbeđenje i pošto su aktivno iskoristili moj pristup nalogu kao oružje nakon što sam eksplicitno opozvao svoje ovlašćenje, zahtevam potpuni povraćaj sredstava.
U skladu sa nacionalnim regulatornim zahtevima koje je navela Uprava za igre na sreću Kurasaoa, zvanično zahtevam ime i direktan kontakt link za vašeg određenog, nezavisnog Alternativnog rešavanja sporova (ARS)
provajdera da reši moj zahtev za nalog sa ID-om 148195. Više puta ste prekršili uslove licenciranja tako što ste ponovo otvorili moj samoisključeni nalog 10 puta uprkos mojoj proglašenoj krizi mentalnog zdravlja. Obezbedite
ovu ADR vezu u roku od 48 sati."
wish to submit a complaint regarding the conduct of Rich Prize Casino, which states that it operates from Tenancy 10, Marina House, Eden Island, Mahé, Seychelles.
I believe there are serious concerns regarding the handling of my account, responsible gambling measures, and the reopening of my account despite previous communications relating to gambling harm.
My concerns are as follows:
Over a period of time, I contacted the operator on multiple occasions requesting account closure and/or self-exclusion due to concerns regarding my gambling behaviour.
The operator was made aware that I was experiencing gambling-related problems and that continued access to gambling services could cause me financial harm.
My account was subsequently closed.
At a later stage, I was informed that a waiver would need to be signed before my account could be reopened.
I refused to sign the waiver and informed the operator that I would not be signing it.
Despite initially stating that the waiver was required, the operator subsequently advised that I did not need to sign it and my account was reopened.
Following the reopening of the account, I was able to continue gambling and incur further losses.
I have also requested account information and documentation from the operator and have concerns regarding the handling of those requests.
I respectfully request that the Authority investigate:
• Whether the operator complied with its licensing obligations and responsible gambling requirements.
• Whether the operator acted appropriately when reopening my account after previous requests relating to gambling harm.
• Why a waiver was initially required and subsequently disregarded.
• Whether the operator followed its own self-exclusion and responsible gambling policies.
I have retained supporting evidence including emails, account correspondence, screenshots, account closure requests, waiver communications and records of account reopening, which I am willing to provide upon request.
I would be grateful if you could confirm receipt of this complaint and advise whether this matter falls within your regulatory jurisdiction.1. Explicit Revocation of Authorization: Over the past year, I have sent 10 separate written notifications to this merchant declaring a severe gambling addiction and mental health crisis, explicitly demanding a permanent self-exclusion.
Under responsible gambling laws, they were legally required to freeze my account instantly.
2. Bad-Faith Exploitation: Instead of closing the account, the merchant manually bypassed my requests and reopened my original VIP account (RP ID 148195) to continue taking my money, which they have openly admitted to in writing.
3. Transaction Masking / Laundering: To bypass my bank-mandated gambling blocks, the merchant purposefully processed my deposits under fraudulent Merchant Category Codes (MCC) and fake business names (e.g., random decor and apparel shops).
4. Aggressive Harassment: The merchant is currently generating 6 to 9 different email addresses to bypass my contact blocks and aggressively target my vulnerability.
Because the merchant hidden their true identity to bypass bank security, and because they actively weaponized my account access after I explicitly revoked my authorization, I request a full chargeback
