Even though you managed to resolve the case with a complaint, the casino ended up leaving your account blocked ? If the balance remains at 0, they have the right to do it without giving a reason. It's probably easiest to forget about this casino and not come back here if you had to go through all this. 😕

Sad but in some cases true. I would also look at it from the point of view that the casino has lost a loyal player and it's more of a shame for them than for you. I think you have already expressed your position several times. I understand that it seems quite long for that amount of money, but that's the way it is in casinos sometimes. And that's why I recommend that if you don't have any problems in a casino, then I wouldn't look for another one, because as you can see it's not the same everywhere. 🤷‍♂️

Just wondering, has anyone actually ever received a refund/compensation from 1xbet or similar casinos for things that they did wrong?

During almost 2 years, I kept trying to get my account limited and/or blocked without success. They kept asking me for reasons, and delaying the process.

Today, after i requested again a simple daily limit of my deposits, they blocked my account and logged me out, without asking for anything. A good and fair online casino will never delay or hinder your request for responsible gaming measures, you do not have to provide anything other than a simple request to the support team to block/limit your account. I tried for 2 years without success to put RG measures to my account, and when I didn't ask for it, they instantly blocked and logged me out, without even giving me a chance to keep talking to the chat support, or even withdraw any money I might have had in my account. I cant even check anything inside my account, because it literally doesnt allow me to log in. Very weird stuff from this casino, and very shady.

Just to exclude one of the most pressing matters, I would like to ask you whether there is an active balance in the account or not.

Another question comes to mind. Would you say this matter is similar to your current complaint about another casino? I'm trying to figure out whether you have mentioned the specific problem due to which your account should have been closed immediately.

As for the refunds, I'll leave that question to others. In any case, feel free to submit another complaint. Responsible gambling topics are always worth a decent investigation, I say.

I indeed had been trying to close my 2 accounts for a long time ( 1xbet and Betandyou) and always to no avail. You are right, although, for the 1st time in almost 2 years, i did Not want to block my 1xbet account, i only asked for a limit of my deposits, and they suddenly block my account. There was no active deposit, thankfully, but even if there was, i wouldn't be able to take it out, as I am not able to log into my account due to the unprompted block.

If I request several times to have my account blocked or with limits applied, and I provide documentation, shouldn't I be allowed to have such measures in my account? Most casinos I use have a built in system to allow me to apply measures to my account, these ones, not only they do not have such measures built in, they do not apply them at my request.


Curiously, this matter is similar to the one from the other casino yes, these are the 2 casinos I used, as they share equal layouts and are most likely from the same Mother corporation. I had a decent time when I first created the accounts, but then the problems started rising and I saw both casino true colors. Luckily, I haven't been using the other casino at all, and this one very little, but even without using much, it was enough for this to happen.

I will pursue the reimburstments on the other casino, and maybe this one, but this one I don't have that many evidence compared to the other casino, and I know for a fact, 1xbet does not settle any complaints, as their ToS have fraudulent clauses, claiming they are not to blame for some of their mistakes.

Yeah. My account has been verified for 5 years. No department responds. They ignore my emails. I have sent email to the Support team, block team and complaints team. 0 answers in 3 weeks. Absolutely awful customer support.
