Pa, nakon što sam sve pročitao, moja nada je potpuno nestala, kao i svi ostali ovde! A tužno je što pišemo ovde već 2, 3 i više nedelja, žalimo se, ali ništa se nije promenilo! Apsolutno ništa.

Ovo, naravno, postavlja pitanje da li je uopšte od koristi podnošenje žalbe.

Za mnoge je to jedina opcija i previše su očekivali od CasinoGurua.

Da biste mogli ovo da rešite.... Ni Betsolino ne odgovara na vaše upite, pa se postavlja pitanje zašto je i dalje ocenjen sa 6,8?

That's very sad, we'll see what the others do, but if you didn't get an answer then I don't know how the casino will proceed in other cases.

I think someone mentioned it here in the thread and also has an open complaint with this casino on our site. I would very much like to say and believe that everything will be solved without further problems but I don't want to promise it in order not to mislead the players unnecessarily.

0.5 because they didn’t reply on my complaint I Guess…. Their have to be a lot of complaints to be unresolved to drop the rating that much so new players won’t start playing….
