Upravo zbog toga sam toliko skeptičan. Uvek iste rečenice bez razloga, dugo, ništa.

Takođe dobijamo potpuno isti odgovor koji Betsolino piše ovde u odeljku za žalbe putem e-pošte ili ćaskanja uživo.

Ništa se neće dogoditi, više vremena = više novca.

Trenutno nema novih žalbi koje kruže na trustpilotu, samo 3, što ne mogu da razumem. Postoji 12 prijavljenih na Casino Guru. Pa ljudi, ako se ne žalite i ne pišete kritike, oni će nastaviti da varaju.

I tried to find out what might be behind this problem and I learned that the casino doesn't have a license for Netherlands, so that's why it's not showing up for you. So it looks like you probably won't even see it. 😕

I have some pretty good news, as they failed to respond to the local authorities, the investigation on fraud has been sent to the authorities in the UK. We will make these scammers pay.

Now they returned my withdraw and said i have not wagered it 3 times but im pretty sure i wagered 150€ before i made the withdraw and now they wont tell me how much more i have to wager. lol

I contacted live support and instead of automated reply now they told me that i have not wagered enough but for me it just sounds like another excuse, they refuse to tell me how much i have to wager

Lets hope the authorities will do the right thing! Also in live chat with me today they didn’t give fixed answers… Irina wasn’t friendly neither but she said the will investigate it with the bank!
