Also I’d like to politely ask why is the rating so high for RichPrize?

6 negative reviews and a total of 15 unsolved and open complaints?

Plus for the record in every dodgy casino I’ve played on for 15 years there has been a "vip manager" named Victoria or Wiktoria. I predict it is multiple criminals using this same name across a huge network of dodgy casinos.

I read your complaint and I see what the casino replied. We'll see how our team handles this and how it all turns out in the end.

Regarding the user reviews themselves, I think they reflect the experience of the players. Some had worse and some had better. Actually, regarding complaints I found only one unresolved. 

Anyway, I don't want to make any judgments yet, so it's best to wait.

I’ve had all the deposits back - but I’m not getting the £1189.97 missing winnings and my account remains closed. They know I won this fair and square. Absolute disgrace of a casino and definitely over rated here.

At least something was achieved. I think it is too early for the final judgment, though. The complaint is still open; hence, we shall see what comes next.

I read the casino's explanation, and honestly, I could not find the specific reason for voiding your winnings.

Have you been told any reason whatsoever?

I've been trying for two weeks to collect my winnings. It took a week a little over to get account verified. Now it's taken a week so far to redeem...I'm still waiting. I had to send in all my documents again which makes the 3-4th time. The latest email said they were verifying my documents to redeem. That was three days ago I'm trying to be patient considering the sweep coin mode has been down for maintenance for around 9 days now and it's a new casino. if I get the 200 I'll be surprised at this point but you never know.

Of course, if you feel like you want to wait a while and be patient, you don't have to do it right away. 

As far as verification is concerned, I'm glad you managed to go through it successfully. We will see what happens next.

Update to my previous post. I got my payment which I remained optimistic considering the SC mode is down for maintenance. I honestly thought it would take longer so I'm really happy with the Real Prize casino thus far. I'll be happier when they are up and running again!😀

Can her comment and review be any more fake? You would have to be trapped inside stevie wonders body if you think it isn’t. This person along with the others has only just joined casino guru and only left the comment for rich prize. Nothing else. You have to consider fake reviews from casino staff because I can see it from a mile off. Surely you can see it too?! Casino guru is run off fake reviews does that not bother you???

As far as user reviews are concerned, we watch them every day and if there is any clearly fake one it is rejected. If what the player wrote was written by the casino stuff it would certainly be mentioned here, because I don't think it's right for someone to create fake user reviews and even communication on the forum. A lot of players come here the day they write something and the next day their case is solved. You don't have to have an account here for a year to be credible. I understand that since you didn't have a good experience, you're angry, but if you went through this whole thread, you'd see that there are other players who had a problem and it was eventually solved. 

Anyway, let's try to keep focusing on your complaint and not create something that isn't there unnecessarily. I think that will be best.

No worries. Yes correct still angry. Wasn’t that too long ago that I’d had £6,650 confiscated from me from another dodgy casino also. So trauma is my middle name this year. I did submit a complaint at the time. Lots of time spent being upset this year. Don’t worry I will keep it civilised.
