While I know it must be frustrating and it's an awfully long wait, you have an open complaint with us. We'll see if we can help, but I firmly believe that if the casino has such a high safety index it will be resolved.
From what I've seen, the casino tries to handle complaints as well, so I'm hoping that will be the case here as well.
