While I DID have the same issue with not receiving the 25 free spins, they did credit me with $3 instead. When I mentioned that the monetary value of the spins is actually $5, they corrected the amount.

Much to my surprise, they were the 94% versions of Pragmatic Play games. Sadly, Spinero is now also the same.
While I didn't check all providers, it was enough for me to see the writing on the wall here; that being, Infinzia will swap to the lower RTP versions when given the opportunity to do so.
Rating now changed from 4-star to 3-star.
