Unfortunately, the complaints you have filed regarding Vavada were rejected because there was nothing we were able to help you with; it was out of our competence.

Regarding those mentioned above, Petronela has explained in the thread related to Tsars Casino: "I respectfully disagree with the notion that the casino is accountable for your decision to play through your winnings. While the casino should offer a withdrawal method, any issues should be patiently awaited and resolved without risking the winnings. If the funds were still in your account, we would have been pleased to assist. Bez ovog novca ostajem potpuno bez ičega. BetOnRed je preduzeo ispravnu akciju i priznao da su pogrešili, vratili su €820 zbog problema sa kockanjem, a nalog je već bio sam obrisan u prošlosti. Ista je situacija i sa Rokuom i BetTiltom iz grupe Abudantia BV... Zatvorio sam nalog zbog problema sa kockanjem 19. januara... međutim, namamili su me porukama o visokim bonusima i pristupu VIP klubovima, a ja sam ponovo se prijavio sa svojim sestrinskim kazinom ROKU, koji ima istu bazu podataka.. i za 3 sata sam potrošio 4500 € bez ikakve KIC ili verifikacije dokumenta. Prijavio sam se sa istim ličnim podacima, istom e-poštom i istim brojem telefona. Može li mi neko iz CasinoGurua pomoći da kontaktiram Antilephone NV i grupu Abudantia BV?! Molim te, zaista mi treba pomoć.. Mogu da nastavim da pomažem zajednici samo ako i ti meni pomogneš 🙏

Nešto što sam takođe primetio: registrujem se u kazinu koji nije licenciran od strane Antilephone-a i onda dobijam beskrajne reklame od Antilephone kazina. Pitam se da li to funkcioniše sa zaštitom podataka!? 😂
