It was probably not the best idea to mention it, but I still firmly believe that the casino will try to resolve this situation. Lately quite a few players have been coming in with the same problem as you and if nothing is done about it, then the safety index can take a big hit. 

So I will wait to see if you have any news or not. Feel free to share then.
