Yes, that may be true, but in some cases the casino does not even write back and complaint has been closed as unresolved. This is at least some difference and I wonder if they will do it in the resolution and try to pay the players. I wish that was the case.

That backlog exists for 9 weeks now at least 🤤… we’re all receiving fixed answers when we mail them or in live chat. This morning Irina told me in live chat that they would contact the Markering manager because of no reaction on my complaint on the guru website…

It was probably not the best idea to mention it, but I still firmly believe that the casino will try to resolve this situation. Lately quite a few players have been coming in with the same problem as you and if nothing is done about it, then the safety index can take a big hit.
