Zdravo, slobodno postavite bilo koje pitanje. Objasniću svoj problem sa ovim "kazinom"
Uplatio sam svoj prvi depozit 28. OKTOBRA i mnoge druge depozite koje sam izgubio. Ukupan iznos koji sam položio bio je više od 90 LTC.
Trenutno imam stanje od 80 LTC, dan 14. NOVEMBAR pokušao sam da izvršim jedno povlačenje ali je opcija onemogućena, a u ćaskanju kažu da je moj nalog na pregledu do sada.......
Moj račun je na negativnom P/L, i čini se da ne žele da mi omoguće povlačenje čak ni uz to, ja sam potpuno verifikovan KIC i ne bih imao ništa protiv da pošaljem dodatne verifikacije, ali nisu čak ni tražili. Svaki put kada otvorim ćaskanje, kažu da je moj račun u pregledu.
Slobodno pitajte bilo šta, engleski nije moj glavni jezik, tako da ne mogu tačno da opišem svoj problem.
U svakom slučaju, ova žalba je moja poslednja nada, jer za mene se rugaju i očigledno nemaju nameru da mi plate (skoro 3 nedelje u pregledu mog naloga KOJI je negativan....cmon)

I did my first deposit 28 OCTOBER , and did many others deposits, that i ended losing.The total amount i deposited was more than 90 LTC.
Currently i have a balance of 80 LTC, day 14 NOVEMBER i tried to do one withdraw but the option was disabled, and in chat they are saying that my account is under review until now.......
My account is on a negative P/L, and they seem to dont want to enable withdraw for me even with that, im fully verified KYC and wouldnt mind to send aditional verifications but they didnt even ask. Just everytime i open a chat they say my acc is under review.
Feel free to ask anything, english isnt my main language so i could not be accurate describing my problem.
Anyways, this complaint is my last hope, because for me they are mocking me and clearly dont have any intention to pay me(near 3 weeks under review my account THAT is negative....cmon)
