Zatražio sam povlačenje 21/02/24 i nisam dobio sredstva. Više puta sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo i svaki put dobijam drugačiji odgovor; ponekad da čekaju duže, ponekad kontaktiraju moju banku, ponekad da su započeli internu istragu. Da bih kontaktirao svoju banku u vezi sa nedostajućim sredstvima, potreban mi je dokument sa potvrdom transfera iz kazina, koji sam tražio, ali mi je rečeno da ne, i razgovor uživo je zatvoren za mene.
I requested a withdrawal on 21/02/24 and havent recieved the funds. I have contacted live chat multiple times and get a different answer each time; sometimes to wait longer, sometimes contact my bank, sometimes that they have started an in house investigation. In order to contact my bank about the missing funds i need a transfer confirmation document from the casino, which i asked for but was told no, and the live chat was closed on me.
