Komuniciram sa onlajn podrškom i e-poštom svakog dana više od 2 nedelje jer moja povlačenja stalno dobijaju odbijenicu. Rekli su da je banka kriva što ga je odbila, što nije slučaj. Promenio sam nalog i još uvek imam problema, sa više od 7 odbijanja uprkos tome što je moj nalog u dobroj reputaciji. Sva moja dokumentacija je verifikovana i račun je isti koji sam koristio za depozite. Njihov jedini odgovor je da sačekam i da promenim nalog, što sam već uradio, ali bezuspešno. Deponovao sam 197.000 i jedva osvojio oko 7.000 pezosa. Želim da dobijem svoj novac nazad. Iako deponovanje nije problem, proces povlačenja je bio veoma haotičan.
I have been communicating with online support and email every day for over 2 weeks because my withdrawals keep getting rejected. They said it was the bank's fault for rejecting it, which is not the case. I changed my account and I'm still having issues, with more than 7 rejections despite my account being in good standing. All my documentation was verified and the account is the same one I used for deposits. Their only response is that I should wait and that I should change my account, which I've already done, but to no avail. I deposited 197,000 and barely won about 7,000 pesos. Llevo mas de 2 semanas comunicandome con soporte en linea y mail todos los dias, porque mis retiros salen rechazados,dijeron que era culpa del banco que lo rechazaba cuando no es asi ,cambie de cuenta y aun nada llevo mas de 7 rechazos y mi cuenta esta bien, se verifico toda mi documentacion y la cuenta es desde la misma que deposite,0 solucion de ellos solo dicen que debo esperar y cambie de cuenta ya lo realice y aun nads, yo deposite 197.000 y apenas gane como 7 mil pesos, si quiero recuperar mi dinero claro para depositar ningun problema ,pero para retirar ha sido muy caotico.
