Da bismo bili sigurni da možemo nastaviti sa pružanjem najbolje pomoći klijentu, bili bismo zahvalni za neka pojašnjenja jer nismo u potpunosti shvatili situaciju.
Klijent vam se javio 23. decembra i naznačio da je problem nedavno. Prema rečima klijenta, on je kontaktirao našu podršku i obavešten je da nisu ispunili uslove za klađenje da bi dobili spinove. Međutim, nakon provere naših ćaskanja za korisničku podršku, nismo našli nikakve zahteve korisnika u vezi sa okretanjem. Sva pitanja koja je igrač napisao su uspešno rešena.
Dalje, igrač je spomenuo: „Ako uplatite 100++ evra, dobićete 150 besplatnih okretaja, a ako deponujete 50 evra, dobićete 80 besplatnih obrtaja. Baš kao što sam ja uradio juče". Ipak, nismo mogli da pronađemo slične depozite koje je klijent napravio tih dana. Iako je posle decembra bilo zahteva vezanih za spin, svi upiti su uspešno rešeni.
Da bismo olakšali detaljniju istragu slučaja, ljubazno tražimo od klijenta da pruži konkretne detalje, uključujući ime i tačan datum promocije u kojoj je korisnik učestvovao. Ako je moguće, uključite i snimak ekrana. Pored toga, zahtevamo precizan datum i iznos depozita koji je aktivirao promociju na koju se klijent poziva.

The customer reached out to you on December 23rd, indicating that the issue is recent. According to the customer, he contacted our support and was informed that they didn’t fulfill wagering requirements to receive spins. However, upon checking our customer support chats, we found no requests from the customer related to spins. All the questions the player wrote were successfully resolved.
Furthermore, the player mentioned, "If you deposit 100++ Euros, you will receive 150 free spins, and if you deposit 50 Euros, you will get 80 free spins. Just like I did yesterday". Yet, we couldn’t find any similar deposits made by the customer on those days. While there were spin-related requests after December, all the inquiries were successfully resolved.
To facilitate a more in-depth investigation of the case, we kindly request the customer to provide specific details, including the name and exact date of the promotion in which the user participated. If possible, please include a screenshot as well. Additionally, we require the precise date and amount of the deposit that activated the promotion the customer is referring to.
