Pišem da bih podneo žalbu protiv Dafabet kazina u vezi sa značajnim problemom sa stanjem na mom računu i nerešenim zahtevom za povlačenje.
1. Neobjašnjivi odbitak sredstava:
Na mom računu je prvobitno bilo približno 10.60.000 INR, ali je 50% ovog iznosa oduzeto bez ikakvog objašnjenja ili prethodnog obaveštenja. Kao rezultat toga, moj bilans je smanjen na približno 5.40.000 INR. Ne mogu da pružim tačne cifre jer je moj nalog od tada zatvorio kazino.
2. Zahtev za ručno povlačenje:
Nakon zatvaranja mog naloga, obratio sam se Dafabet timu za podršku putem ćaskanja, telefona i e-pošte da zatražim ručno povlačenje mog preostalog stanja. Tražili su dokaz identiteta, koji sam odmah dostavio. Obavešten sam da je povlačenje odobreno i obrađeno.
3. Povlačenje nije primljeno:
Iako mi je rečeno da je povlačenje obrađeno, nisam dobio sredstva. Prošlo je skoro mesec dana od mog zahteva za povlačenje. Svi pokušaji da se nastavi putem Dafabetove podrške za ćaskanje, e-poštu i telefonsku podršku su bili neuspešni jer više ne odgovaraju na moje upite.
4. Zahtev za rešenje:
Tražim pomoć da povratim preostali iznos od 5.40.000 INR i objašnjenje za nepravedni odbitak od 50% sa mog računa.
Ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u rešavanju ovog pitanja jer Dafabet nije odgovorio na moje pokušaje da komuniciram. Smatram da je ovakvo ponašanje nepravedno i da ga treba rešiti.

I am writing to file a complaint against Dafabet Casino regarding a significant issue with my account balance and an unresolved withdrawal request.
1. Unexplained Fund Deduction:
My account initially held approximately INR 10,60,000, but 50% of this amount was deducted without any explanation or prior notice. As a result, my balance was reduced to approximately INR 5,40,000. I am unable to provide the exact figures as my account has since been closed by the casino.
2. Manual Withdrawal Request:
Following the closure of my account, I reached out to Dafabet’s support team via chat, phone, and email to request a manual withdrawal of my remaining balance. They requested identity proof, which I promptly provided. I was informed that the withdrawal had been approved and processed.
3. Withdrawal Not Received:
Despite being told that the withdrawal was processed, I have not received the funds. It has now been almost a month since my withdrawal request. All attempts to follow up through Dafabet's chat, email, and phone support have been unsuccessful as they no longer respond to my inquiries.
4. Resolution Request:
I am seeking assistance to recover my remaining balance of INR 5,40,000 and an explanation for the unjust deduction of 50% from my account.
I kindly request your help in resolving this matter as Dafabet has failed to respond to my attempts to communicate. I believe this behavior is unjust and needs to be addressed.
