Moj prvobitni zahtev je bio 6.11.2023. za 1800,00 USD putem bankovnog transfera. Nakon što nisam ništa čuo, kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku 16.11.2023. koji je tada rekao da moram da pošaljem e-poštom informacije koje sam dao kada sam zahtevao povlačenje. Prihvatio sam, ali e-poruka nije bila „isporučena". Dakle, poslao sam sve informacije e-poštom na još 2 e-maila koje sam našao na mreži. I dalje ništa nisam čuo.
22.11.2023. ponovo sam ih kontaktirao putem ćaskanja uživo i obavešten sam da ne mogu da izvrše bankovni transfer u moju banku (što nisu mogli da kažu zašto, a već sam verifikovao kod svoje banke da prihvataju međunarodne bankovne transfere) . Zamolili su me da ponovo predam zahtev drugoj banci. Nažalost, rekli su da to ne može biti zajednički nalog, ali moj jedini drugi nalog JE zajednički nalog, tako da ga nisam mogao koristiti. Dakle, predstavnik mi je predložio da promenim svoj zahtev za povlačenje u povlačenje čeka. Morao sam da otkažem prvobitni zahtev i da počnem proces iznova.
Dakle, to sam uradio 22.11.2023 - otkazao zahtev i ponovo podneo zahtev. Kontaktirao sam ćaskanje uživo 12.1.2023. da bih dobio ažuriranje statusa i rečeno mi je da ne mogu da obrađuju ček, da moram da zatražim bankovni transfer.
Stvarno osećam da se nešto mutno dešava i ne žele da mi pošalju ovaj novac. Prilažem nekoliko dokumenata da potvrdim svoju tvrdnju. Hvala vam za bilo kakvu i svu pomoć koju možete da pružite.

My initial request was on 11/6/2023 for $1800.00 via wire transfer. After not hearing anything, I contacted customer service on 11/16/2023 who then said that I needed to email the information that I had provided when I requested the withdrawal. I complied, but the email was "un-deliverable". So, I emailed all the information to 2 other emails that I found online. I still heard nothing.
On 11/22/2023 I contacted them again via live chat and was informed that they could not do a wire transfer to my bank (which they could not say why, and I had already verified with my bank that they accepted international wire transfers). They asked me to resubmit my request with another bank. Unfortunately, they said that it couldn't be a joint account, yet my only other account IS a joint account so I couldn't use that. So, the rep suggested that I change my withdrawal request to a check withdrawal. I had to cancel the initial request, and start the process all over again.
So, that's what I did on 11/22/2023 - canceled request & re-requested. I contacted live chat once again on 12/1/2023 to get a status update and was told that they couldn't process a check, that I needed to request a wire transfer.
I really feel something shady is going on & they don't want to send this money to me. I'm attaching several documents to validate my claim. Thank you for any & all help you can provide.
