Bio sam u kontaktu sa predstavnikom kazina van ove otvorene teme i dobio sam dovoljno dokaza koji podržavaju odluku kazina. Imali ste najmanje 4 naloga u kazinu koji su bili registrovani sa vašom email adresom i drugim ličnim podacima u Mega7's Casinu pre ovog. Svaki od ovih računa koristio je bonus bez depozita. Uslovi i odredbe kazina su prekršeni na više načina i nemate pravo na dobitke dobijene igranjem sa ovim bonusom, niti na maksimalni isplatu od 100$. Zabranjeno je imati više od 1 računa u kazinu i dozvoljen je bonus bez depozita 1 po igraču.
Nakon prikupljanja i pregleda svih potrebnih informacija, ovu žalbu odbacujemo kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja odredbi i uslova kazina - osim korištenja više računa, prekršili ste Bonus odredbe i uslove. Osim toga, kazino ima pravo da zatvori račun igrača u bilo koje vrijeme - čak ni tamo niste uplatili nikakav depozit igrajući samo besplatnim novcem koji daje kazino. Kazino je postupio korektno iu skladu sa svojim Uslovima i odredbama.
Žao nam je, nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo oko ovoga, ali molimo vas da nas kontaktirate ubuduće ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

I was in contact with the casino's representative outside this open thread, and I was provided with sufficient evidence supporting the casino's decision. You had at least 4 accounts in the casino which were registered with your email address and other personal details in Mega7's Casino before this one. A No Deposit Bonus was used by each of these accounts. The casino's Terms and Conditions were breached in multiple ways and you are not eligible for any winnings obtained by playing with this bonus, nor the $100 maximum cashout. It is forbidden to have more than 1 account in the casino and a No Deposit Bonus is permitted 1 per player.
After gathering and reviewing all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - apart from using multiple accounts, you breached the Bonus Terms and Conditions. Moreover, the casino has the right to close a player's account anytime - you even have not made any deposit there playing with only free money given by the casino. The casino acted correctly and within its Terms and Condition.
