Zdravo momci! Čuo sam neke stvari o vulkanbetu, ali sam ipak odlučio da igram ovde i to je bila moja najveća greška!
Pišem da bih nastavio sa situacijom u vezi sa mojim nalogom. Ranije sam imao nalog koji sam zatvorio kontaktirajući vulkanbet tim za podršku putem e-pošte. Dobio sam potvrdu o zatvaranju i nakon toga otvorio novi račun nekoliko meseci kasnije koristeći drugu adresu e-pošte (nalog je radio dobro, proverio sam da je izvršio neke depozite. Ni u jednom trenutku nisam imao dva aktivna naloga.
Sve je funkcionisalo glatko dok nisam osvojio značajan iznos. Odjednom, moj nalog je blokiran. Osećam se nepravedno tretirano, pošto sam se pridržavao pravila i imao samo jedan aktivan nalog. Ovo pitanje je dovelo do gubitka od 200 evra za mene.
Osećam se jako loše sada kao da sam prevaren pred očima jer je razlog bio "imanje više naloga" dok je samo jedan bio aktivan... Video sam da je dosta ljudi iz moje zemlje ovako zabranjeno na forumu. Možda vole da prevare jadne ljude na svaki način?

I am writing to follow up on a situation concerning my account. I previously had an account which I closed by contacting vulkanbet support team via email. I received confirmation of the closure and subsequently opened a new account few months later using a different email address(account was working fine I verified it did some deposits. At no point did I have two active accounts.
Everything was functioning smoothly until I won a significant amount. Suddenly, my account was blocked. I feel unfairly treated, as I adhered to the rules and only had one active account. This issue has led to a loss of €200 for me.
I’m feeling really bad now like I was scammed in front of my eyes because the reason was "having multiple accounts" while only one was active… I saw a lot of people from my country was banned like this on forum . Maybe they like to scam poor people in every way?
