Podneo sam povlačenje 40 € 19. aprila 2024., ali sada je prošla nedelja, ali nisam primio uplatu. Kontaktirao sam Fezbet Chat tim za podršku šest puta, ali su uvek govorili da će finansijsko odeljenje to uskoro obraditi i da nemamo ovlašćenja da obradimo vašu uplatu, već samo finansijsko odeljenje. Kada sam rekao da me povežite sa vašim finansijskim odeljenjem, rekli su nam da nam je žao što ne možemo.
Takođe sam im poslao e-poštu, ali su prošla dva dana, oni nisu odgovorili ni na jedan moj e-mail. Takođe mi čak ni ne kažu razlog zašto su mi odložili plaćanje? Po njihovim uslovima samo tri radna dana su maksimalno vreme za povlačenje, ali sada je prošlo 7 dana, nisam dobio.
Takođe oklevam zašto im vi (Kazino Guru) date visoku ocenu 🤔. Ljubazno, takođe je vaša odgovornost da uklonite takav lažni fezbet kao što su Kazina sa vaše liste marketinga.
Usput, molim te, prisili ih da mi daju moj povlačenje jer sam jako razočaran njima.
I have submitted a withdraw of €40 on April 19, 2024 but now a week has passed but i didn't receive my payment. I contacted Fezbet Chat support team six times but they always said financial department will process it soon and we have no authority to process your payment but only financial department. When i said connect me with your finance department then they said we are sorry we can't.
I have also emailed them but two days have passed they didn't even reply my single email. They also don't even tell me any reason why they delayed my payment? In their terms only three business days is maximum time for withdrawal but now 7 days have passed i didn't receive.
I also hesitate why are you (Casino Guru) give them a high rating 🤔. Kindly it is also your responsibility to remove such a fake fezbet like Casinos from your list of marketing.
By the way please force them to give me my withdrawal as i am very disappointed from them.
