Pokušao sam da izvršim svoje prvo povlačenje putem bankovnog transfera, dobio sam e-poruku da je odobreno, ali dan kasnije sam dobio drugu e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je otkazan zbog tehničke greške zbog registracije u AUD (živim u NZ), Uskočio sam u ćaskanje uživo i rečeno mi je da pokrenem još jedno povlačenje i moja banka će izvršiti konverziju i to će raditi drugi put, pa sam pokrenuo drugi pokušaj podizanja, nakon što sam čekao 4 dana, poslao sam poruku putem ćaskanja uživo tražeći ažuriranje i rečeno mi je da moram samo da sačekam, sledećeg dana je otkazan zbog tehničke greške ovog puta nije bilo drugih informacija. Pa sam ponovo poslao poruku i rečeno mi je da pokrenem još jedno povlačenje ili da pokušam da povučem preko kriptovalute, nemam kripto pa sam pokušao preko Skrilla što nije uspelo, pa sam još jednom poslao poruku i rečeno mi je da ne mogu da povučem preko Skrilla jer nisam depozit sa skrilom.
I attempted to make my first withdrawal via bank transfer, I received an email to say it was approved but then a day later I received another email stating it was cancelled due to technical error due to being registered in AUD (I live in NZ), I hopped on live chat and was told to initiate another withdrawal and my bank would do the conversion and it will work the second time, so I initiated a second withdrawal attempt, after waiting 4 days I messaged via live chat asking for an update and was told I had to just wait, the next day it was cancelled due to technical error this time no other info was given. So I messaged again and was told to initiate another withdrawal or to try withdrawing via crypto, I don't have crypto so I tried via Skrill which failed, so once again I messaged and was told I cant withdrawal via Skrill since I didn't deposit with skrill.
