Zdravo, imam nalog na justbet JB196611, tamo je podrška rekla da je to sestrinska kompanija bookmaker.eu. Učitao sam fotografije na lični nalog, stiglo je obaveštenje da su dokumenta prihvaćena. Tokom verifikacije za otvaranje povlačenja sredstava, tražili su da pošalju fotografije na e-mail . Uradio sam to pre 3 meseca (16.08.2024.), pa ponovo poslao mesec dana kasnije, ali još uvek nema odgovora.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku za justbet, a oni su mi rekli da nemaju vremenski okvir za ovu proceduru ili da mogu da kontaktiram odeljenje za verifikaciju. Ali prošlo je više od tri meseca, a stvar nije krenula dalje. Mislim da je ovo nenormalno.
