I had an active bonus of €1100, and the total amount in my account was €3499. I accidentally clicked on cancel bonus, and all the money disappeared.

I contacted them, and they told me that the money could not be refunded, so I lost it all.

Finally the money was returned to my account I topped up the bonus amount that needed to be redeemed I had €3500 in my account I made the transfer that had a balance of €300 and they confiscated €3200 saying that my maximum bonus withdrawal is €50
