Prijavio sam se na MiStake od početka do sredine 2021. dok sam bio na zabrani sa GamStop-om. Do decembra 2021. i nakon što sam izgubio priličnu količinu novca, zamolio sam MiStake da trajno zatvori moj nalog putem e-pošte. Zatim sam dobio e-poštu da potvrdim da je moj nalog zatvoren.
Nešto kasnije (oko godinu dana) nakon što sam zatvorio svoj nalog i nisam uspeo da se ponovo otvorim sa drugim sportskim knjigama koje nisu na Gamstopu (FreshBet, LuckiPlais, InstantCasino), nakon što sam tražio trajno zatvaranje, kontaktirao sam MiStake, koji je bez oklevanja ponovo otvorio moj nalog, ignorišući moje želje poslate u mom imejlu tražeći trajno zatvaranje naloga.
Nisam položio depozit čim sam tražio da se moj MiStake račun ponovo otvori jer sam još uvek dobro kontrolisao svoje kockanje. Međutim, u velikoj meri zbog MiStake-a i iskušenja koje je bilo tamo, u oktobru 2024. godine sam se potpuno vratio i tokom nekoliko nedelja sam deponovao oko 350 funti u naletu depozita.
Sa mojom Gamstop zabranom i 99% ofšor sportskih knjiga koje nisu na Gamstop-u poštujući želje igrača kada traže trajno zatvaranje naloga, MiStake je jedini kazino koji poništava tako ozbiljan zahtev koji izaziva veliku količinu ulice za zavisnika od kockanja kao što sam ja.
Želeo bih da mi se depoziti refundiraju jer nakon što sam zatražio da se moj MiStake račun trajno zatvori, što je oko 350 funti deponovanih tokom perioda od 2-3 nedelje, kao da su poštovali moje želje o trajnom zatvaranju računa, nikada ne bih mogao da uplatim.
Kontaktirao sam MiStake koji mi je rekao da je to prosleđeno tamošnjem timu za žalbe, ali više od nedelju dana kasnije nisam čuo ništa. Poslao sam e-poštu da potražim, ali nisam dobio odgovor.
Oni uopšte nisu zainteresovani da štite tamošnje igrače i pustili su me da uplatim novac nakon što sam zatražio trajno zatvaranje računa, izazvalo je neizrecivu tugu jer moje mentalno zdravlje nije bilo najbolje pre nego što sam napravio ove depozite nakon zatvaranja računa.
Molim vas za bilo kakvu pomoć u vraćanju mojih depozita nakon datuma traženja trajnog zatvaranja računa bila bi od velike pomoći.
U prilogu je e-poruka u kojoj se traži trajno zatvaranje naloga i odgovor od MiStake-a.

I signed up to MyStake at the start to mid 2021 while being on a ban with GamStop. By December 2021 and after losing a fair amount of money I asked MyStake to close my account permanently through email. I then had an email back to confirm my account was closed.
Sometime later (around a year) after closing my account and failing to reopen with other sports books not on Gamstop (FreshBet, LuckyPlays, InstantCasino) after asking for permanent closure, I contacted MyStake, who without hesitation reopened my account, ignoring my wishes sent in my email asking for permanent account closure.
I didn’t deposit as soon as asking for my MyStake account to be re opened as I was still in good control of my gambling. However largely due to MyStake and the temptation being there, in October 2024 I completely relapsed and over the course of a few weeks I deposited around £350 in a flurry of deposits.
With my Gamstop ban and 99% of offshore sports books not on Gamstop respecting players wishes when asking for permanent account closure, MyStake is the only casino that overrides such a serious request which is causing great amount of street for a gambling addict like me.
I would like my deposits refunded since after asking for my MyStake account to be permanently closed which equals around £350 deposited over a 2-3 week spell as if they respected my wishes of permanent account closure, I should never have been able to deposit.
I did contact MyStake who told me it was passed onto there complaints team but over a week later I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve emailed to chase up but get no reply.
They are not interested in protecting there players at all and them letting me deposit after asking for permanent account closure has caused untold grief as my mental health wasn’t the best before making these deposits after account closure.
Please any help retrieving my deposits after the date of asking for permanent account closure would be most helpful.
