Nakon što smo prikupili sve potrebne informacije i detalje, zatvaramo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova i odredbi kazina, posebno pravila o bonusu (objašnjeno detaljnije gore) – sporni dobici su akumulirani iz bonusa bez depozita, a vi koristio nekoliko uzastopnih bonusa bez depozita da ih razdvoji. Prema uslovima i odredbama kazina koje ste prihvatili prilikom registracije, zabranjeno je, a dobici se smatraju nevažećim. Pored toga, dali ste nam obmanjujuće informacije (pozivajući se na vaš status „Depozitor" iako je status dat vašem nalogu samo zato što su dobici iz jednog od prethodno korišćenih bonusa bez depozita pretvoreni u vaš pravi novac/bilans koji možete povući, pa čak niste ni uplatili nikakav depozit tamo), i, iako to nije bilo potkrepljeno dokazima - čak i da pravila nisu prekršena, vaš balans je izgubljen igranjem na kraju, kao što je Nik pomenuo. Kazino je postupio ispravno iu skladu sa svojim uslovima.
Što se tiče Rubi Slots i Casino Brango... Rubi Slots imaju ista pravila i primenjuju pravila bonusa na isti način kao Slots Madness; ako ne pročitate pažljivo uslove i odredbe bonusa u kazinu Brango (nedavno sam zatvorio jednu žalbu sa njima), ili prekršite njihove uslove bonusa, ni oni vam neće isplatiti dobitak, siguran sam. Dakle, samo još pogrešnih informacija.
Iskreno, radije bih ovu pritužbu klasifikovao kao „mutne prakse" i/ili „prevaru". Dakle, to je ono oko čega se slažemo - neka drugi znaju o tome.

Nick provided me with relevant evidence that fully supports his claims.
After gathering all the necessary information and details, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions, specifically bonus rules (explained in more detail above) - the disputed winnings were accumulated from a no-deposit bonus, and you used several consecutive bonuses without making deposits to separate them. According to the casino's terms and conditions you accepted upon registration, it is prohibited, and the winnings were considered invalid. In addition, you provided us with misleading information (referring to your "Depositor" status even though the status was given to your account only because the winnings from one of the previously used no-deposit bonuses were converted to your real money/withdrawable balance, so you even did not make any deposit there), and, although it was not supported by evidence - even if the rules had not been breached, your balance was lost by playing in the end, as Nick mentioned. The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions.
As for Ruby Slots and Casino Brango... Ruby Slots has the same rules and they apply the bonus rules in the same way as Slots Madness; if you do not carefully read the Bonus Terms and Conditions in Casino Brango (I closed one complaint with them recently), or you breach their bonus terms, they will not pay you the winnings either, I am sure. So just more misleading information.
Honestly, I would rather classify this complaint as "shady practices" and/or "scam". So that is what we agree on - let others know about it.
