WEEKS AND DAYS GO BY, AND THEY ONLY PROVIDE ME WITH A VERY BASIC ARGUMENT THAT THEY ARE HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. THE STRANGE THING IS THAT I WENT TO MY ASTROPAY WALLET, AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM RECEIVING MONEY. BUT 1xSlots CASINO DO RECEIVE DEPOSITS VIA ASTROPAY BUT ARE NOT PAYING WITHDRAWALS THROUGH ASTROPAY. THEN THEY ASK ME TO OPEN ANOTHER WALLET, FORCING ME TO MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY. THIS IS TOO MUCH OF AN ABUSE AGAINST MY WILL. SECONDLY, THE WALLETS OR COMPANIES THAT THEY PROVIDE AS OPTIONS REQUIRE DOCUMENTATION THAT I DO NOT HAVE IN MY COUNTRY. THE SITE ITSELF IS NOT BAD, THEY HAVE GOOD GAMES, BUT FAIR IS FAIR. I DEPOSIT A SMALL AMOUNT OF MY OWN MONEY, WHICH I EARN AND RISK. IF I LOSE IT WHILE PLAYING, THAT'S WITHIN THE RISK, AND THAT'S FINE. I RUN THAT RISK AND TRUST PERHAPS... NOW, IF I WIN IN ONE OF THESE GAMES, I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY WINNINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER, JUST AS THEY RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT REALLY IS A SHAME THAT THEY DO NOT PAY YOU.

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Have you tried depositing and withdrawing via a different payment method as suggested by the casino?
