I won $396,994.10USD(598,197.86Aud) tried to withdraw 1000ltc & because of past experience with the platform I started doing some large bets hoping they left me alone but then I got kicked from site for a 72hours with the false pretence of routine security checks and verification, tho I was we’ll verified plus had my vip host etc. came back and all my money was gone plus probably $6000 of bonuses. They said it was a glitch. BUT the week before that I was playing coin flip and pressed tails but lost when it landed on tails, I told them and showed them the recordings and they said probably a screen glitch but it doesn’t affect the outcome. They were cheating and manipulative for ages. It’s enough to drive a person insane. Insane enough to think on how one would be able to cause enough problem for the whole of Curaçao’s government and the master licenses to feel pressure from other governments. I wrote to kabinet, gcbc & CIL. Cil reckon BCGAME said they’d provided me with detail explanation of issue and so on. But no they did not, they only sent the supposed explanation 12hrs after cil had emailed me. They said very little besides they corrected bets, meaning they cleaned out my account, bonus money & tried taking any other tokens I hadn’t even been recently betting with. I could go on all day but that’s the gist.

They refunded my 1000tc withdrawal back to my bc account then siphoned what they could besides whatever I spent on third party games then took what they could being $ 247,894.39USD Plus a few extra thousand USD in bonuses

No I won $396,000 then then tried to withdraw and played some more while waiting for my withdrawal then I was going to withdraw again but they kicked me for 72hrs and managed to take $247,000 usd of my money back from me + a few thousand in bonuses.

the issue I spoke of with coin flip was that the week before that big win I was playing coin flip and had been recording occasionally because I could tell they’d been cheating and I recorded me pressing tails and it landing tails but I lost. So I brang that up to then and they said was probably a screen glitch BUT that glitches etc don’t affect the outcome. So when I won my big money the next week, they stole it back and said it was a glitch. Catching on?

Furthermore, the games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the connection between the server of the game provider and you is disconnected, or the game glitches. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.

Are the winning results of your coin flip games recorded in your game history? If not, I am afraid that we are not able to help with this issue.

They are all just a scam like the whole system and I’m ready to rip it down.

Look as much as you and I wish it were from malfunctioning it definitely was not. It is most definitely malicious intent by this casino, my experience with them has told me enough to understand its depth. The only malfunction that seems to of occurred is they weren’t able to stop the win. I am very correct in almost all things I ever choose to voice. And the fact that they tried to refund like 6 other tokens that I hadn’t even used in ages along with taking my bonus deposit money that was already there before my win says enough! Plus the fact that they said the week before that glitches don’t affect the outcome. A person would need to be completely idiotic to not see what these people have done and are doing

I don’t believe I’ll be able settle this outside of court. They’re like a stubborn girlfriend. Even when they’re wrong they’re right..

i believe they’ve been screwing me over constantly. They play games with customers and in turn their mental health. I won 396k and I know they got at least 247k usd of that back + a few k from bonuses ect. I haven’t gotten anything from that at all to use outside of bc. I was about to buy a house last year and since BCGAME came along I’ve lost everything and have nothing. I know that comes from the risk of gambling but I didn’t realise I was actually gambling on the honesty of a casino, I thought I was gambling against random algorithms. And as much as everyone wants to continue believing it is random, my common sense along with intuition and evidence tells me that’s most definitely not the case. They have a good lay out for a casino so I don’t understand why they are cheating so much. When I first joined I noticed at least 3 things I thought they needed to correct so I let them know and the problems were fixed. Then when I noticed my games acting funny I told them and they said 11eth if I could prove their provable fair system corrupted. I mean I don’t know how one could do that because they obviously have it set up in a way I wouldn’t understand. But I did show them screenshots and recording of there game cheating me and they claimed I experienced a glitch but glitches don’t affect the outcome and they don’t refund. But then not even 2 weeks later I win $396,000 and oh it was a glitch. Come on.

We have already communicated with you through other channels, but for the sake of transparency and to ensure everyone on the Casino Guru team is informed, I will provide a summary here.

What occurred:

On March 21st, we encountered a website-wide glitch that resulted in incorrect payouts for our original games. This issue affected over 500 players, including yourself. Specifically, you received a payout of $396,993.71 from a $0.39 bet on the game coinflip. When you attempted to withdraw 1000 LTC, we denied the request.

Information provided to you:

We notified you through our support system and subsequently through other communication channels and complaint forums that we had experienced problems with the payouts of our original games. We acknowledged that the payout you received was inaccurate and your casino account balance was reinstated to the correct amount. Due to the widespread impact on players, we had to temporarily take the website offline for over 8 hours. The wrongly awarded funds were subsequently reversed, and the balances of affected players were reset.

Subsequent events:

As mentioned, you were made aware that the payout was incorrect. Furthermore, it is evident and clear, and you know also yourself that you did not play the coinflip game enough times (at least 20 flips) to achieve such a substantial payout, yet you continue to state the winnings as legitimate. Additionally, the amount you received exceeded the maximum winnings for the game during that time. Despite these facts, you persisted in disputing the matter in various forums. Due to the repeated complaints and threats made, we have closed your account, and it will not be reinstated. I can confirm that there is no remaining balance on your account.

I think it was around 21x I had to flip. Also the maximum profit at that specific time for the token Ltc was $400,179.17 and I won $396,993.71ltc so my profit was $396,993.32. a few days later you changed it to $382,972.40.

Also my balance was not reinstated to the correct amount!

You actually took more money. You took locked bcd from previous deposits

1,478.04 should of been my balance but it was 966.86

You took a massive amount of rakeback, you didn’t pay out my level up bonuses & you also took an affiliate before they wagered like $400,000, you also tried to take other tokens I hadn’t been using.

Please keep in mind I'm trying to find out what exactly happened. The fact that you have screenshots and videos showing something doesn't mean that there was no technical glitch. Please refrain from using foul language, otherwise, I will have no other option but to reject your complaint.

Pfft. They didn’t care when there was a technical error the week before when I lost even tho I clearly should have won. But then they want to cry technical error a week later.

if you had all your savings manipulated and stolen from you and then won and had it ripped away from you and had to go through all of what I have I’m sure your language would not be very nice.

Given all the evidence I do hold, if I were unable to win this case, it should be the clearest of examples as to why nobody in this industry should be trusted.

It would point out to any thoughtful citizen that these operations are the work of shadow governmental bodies, which is why very little would end up being held accountable.

Anything I were to lose should be felt 10000x by this industry for their despicable dishonesty.

What hope would anyone have, especially if they had none of it documented, or even if they did it seems… what’s it say about the whole provably fair system they all try to hide behind

Though it may be hard to believe, in all honesty it will save the business+ e-management NV & any responsible for their license(Lucille/kabinet) money & red faces if they just do the right thing. 1. an account each for both my children seeing as that’s been my life goal to make sure I left them something so they didn’t think or need to ever be like me.
2. my partners operation for her help n on going support the past few years
3. both Sisters to ease bills
4. Gift to my old girl n step father & partners parents for their help over time.
5. the house deposit I lost
6. even thought about gifting both my kids mums but they’ve been difficult. . So kids can have that

We've looked at the evidence provided by the casino and, unfortunately, we don't have enough information to tell what exactly happened. I recommend you contact Curacao Gaming Authority (helpdesk@curacaolicensing.com, info@curacaolicensing.com) and submit a complaint to them. The casino has to provide all relevant evidence to the gaming authority. Even though the data suggests that the technical glitch occurred, it is worth a try. Please let me know how the gaming authority responded. I will close the case as "waiting for the regulator's decision" until there's a conclusion. I wish I could be of more help.
