Korisnik zibuziu je kontaktirao naš tim za bezbednost i sigurnost igrača 6. februara u 16:21 GMT putem e-pošte sa pitanjem o odbijenom povlačenju. Od korisnika je zatraženo da završi našu proceduru KIC (Knov Iour Customer). Ovo je potvrdilo da je korisnik koristio našu veb lokaciju pod više naloga sa namerom dvostruke potrošnje blokčejn transakcija, što je u suprotnosti sa našim odredbama i uslovima tačka 19.1.

Konačna odluka našeg tima za bezbednost i sigurnost igrača bila je da trajno zatvori nalog bez vraćanja bilansa. Korisnik je o ovome obavešten putem e-pošte, a dalje prepiska nije vođena.
Sada smo poslali e-poštu sa opisom i dokazima na adresu e-pošte koju je dalo osoblje Casino Gurua.

User zibuziu contacted our Player Safety and Assurance Team on the 6th of February at 16:21 GMT via email asking about a rejected withdrawal. The user was asked to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This confirmed that the user was using our site under multiple accounts with the intension of Double Spending Blockchain transactions, which is against our Terms and Conditions point 19.1.

The final decision by our Player Safety and Assurance Team was to close the account permanently with no return of balance. The user was informed about this via email, and no further correspondence has been held.
We have now sent an email with a description and evidence to the email address provided by Casino Guru staff.
