Pozdrav, položio sam 25 € na Casinia sa 100% bonusa i otključao bonus plus osvojio 500 €.
Htio sam da mi se isplati 500 € kada je počelo sa dokumentima. Morao sam ponovo poslati dokumente u kasino na 1,5 sedmice, čak sam morao i fotografirati svoju ličnu kartu u ruci (naravno čitljivo) i u pozadini se Casinia web stranica može otvoriti putem računara (jasno vidljivo naravno) !!! Sve sam ispunio i nakon cijelog teatra iznenada je rečeno da bih odmah izbrisao dva računa na svoje e-mailove i više nisam odgovarao, a jedan dan kasnije vratio mi svojih 25 € depozita! Žao mi je, ali nikad se nisam osjećao tako liječeno kao u Casiniji! Nikada se nisam dva puta registrovao u istom kasinu i mislim da je obraz što Casinia to tvrdi, a nije čak dostavio ni potvrdu ni druge dokaze!
Za mene je ovo apsolutna prevara! Prošlog vikenda moja djevojka je dala glupi depozit u Casinia i kad sam joj rekao da je kazino taj koji mi nije dao moj novac, pokušala je odmah podići svojih 20 € depozita.
Do sada je razgovarala s Casiniom i još nije primila svoj novac iako je to njezin uplaćeni novac!

Hello, I deposited € 25 at Casinia with a 100% bonus and unlocked the bonus plus won € 500.
I wanted to have the 500 € paid out to me when it started with the documents I had to send documents to the casino again for 1.5 weeks, I even had to take a picture of my ID card in my hand (readable of course) and in the background the Casinia website can be opened via the computer (clearly visible of course) !!! I fulfilled everything and after the whole theater it was suddenly said that I would have deleted two accounts immediately to my emails no longer responded and one day later transferred my 25 € deposit back to me! Sorry, but I've never felt so left treated like at Casinia! I have never registered twice in the same casino and I think it's a cheek that Casinia claims that and has not even provided a receipt or other evidence!
For me this is an absolute fraud! Last weekend my girlfriend made a stupid deposit at Casinia and when I told her that the casino was that didn't give me my money, she tried to withdraw her € 20 deposit straight away.
So far she has had discussions with Casinia and has not yet received her money even though it is her paid-in money!
What else can you say ?!

Die 500€ wollte ich mir auszahlen lassen als es anfing mit den Dokumenten habe ich 1,5 Wochen als wieder Dokumente ans casino schicken müssen sogar ein Bild musste ich machen auf dem ich meinen Personalausweis in der Hand halte (Lesbar natürlich) und im Hintergrund sollte die Seite von Casinia via Rechner geöffnet sein (gut sichtbar natürlich)!!! Habe ich alles erfüllt und nachdem ganzen Theater hieß es auf einmal ich hätte zwei accounts Konto sofort gelöscht auf meine Emails nicht mehr geantwortet und ein Tag später meine 25€ Einzahlung an mich zurück überwiesen! Sorry aber ich kam mir noch nie so link behandelt vor wie bei Casinia!!! Ich habe mich noch nie zwei mal in dem selben casino angemeldet und finde es eine Frechheit das Casinia das behauptet und nicht einmal einen Beleg oder sonstigen Beweise erbracht hat!
Für mich ist das absoluter Betrug! Letztes Wochenende hat meine Freundin dummerweise bei Casinia eingezahlt und als ich ihr gesagt habe das das casino ist welches mir mein Geld nicht ausgezahlt hat, hat sie direkt ihre 20€ Einzahlung wieder versucht sich auszahlen zu lassen.
Bis dato hat sie Diskussionen mit Casinia und ihr Geld obwohl es ihr eingezahltes Geld ist noch nichts bekommen!
Was soll man dazu noch sagen?!

„3.3 Za vaše stvarne lične podatke dozvoljen je samo jedan račun za igre. Otvaranje računa dozvoljeno je samo za jednu osobu, koristeći jednu adresu, jedan telefonski broj i jednu IP adresu. Svi ostali računi koji su otvoreni na veb lokaciji smatrat će se „duplikatima računa". U tom slučaju, Casino zadržava pravo zatvoriti sve duplikate računa i primijeniti sljedeće sankcije: svaka radnja izvršena pomoću dupliciranog računa smatra se ništavnom. Ako su dok je Dvostruki račun bio aktivan, novčani fondovi, bonusi ili dobici povučeni sa Dvostrukog računa, oni će biti izgubljeni i Casino zadržava pravo da traži povrat te imovine. Casinia zadržava pravo otkazati opklade, odbiti bonuse bilo koje vrste, otkazati učešće u bilo kojoj promociji, kao i trajno zabraniti bilo kom klijentu bonus program web stranice. U svojoj poruci spominjete svoju djevojku. Ima li ona račun i u Casino Casinu? Da li je koristila istu adresu za stvaranje svog računa i / ili istu IP adresu tokom reprodukcije? Postoji šansa da je kazino ova dva računa procijenio kao duplikate.

„3.3 Only one gaming account is allowed for your real personal data. Opening an account is allowed only for one person, using one address, one phone number, and one IP address. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as "Duplicate Accounts." In that case, the Casino reserves the right to close all of the Duplicate Accounts and to apply the following sanctions: each action performed using a Duplicate Account is considered void. If while the Duplicate Account was active, monetary funds, bonuses, or winnings were withdrawn from the Duplicate Account, these will be lost and the Casino retains the right to ask for the return of those assets. Casinia reserves the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently ban any client from the bonus program of the Website. It also reserves the right to disallow opening an account or close an existing account without prior written notice or any explanation."
In your message you are mentioning your girlfriend. Does she have an account at the Casinia Casino too? Did she use the same address to create her account and/or the same IP address while playing? There is a chance, that the casino evaluated these two accounts as duplicates.

Moja djevojka se upoznala 3. septembra. Napravio sam račun u Casinia i može biti da smo oboje "imali istu IP" na istom WLAN-u. Oboje nismo sigurni da li smo se kockali putem WiFi-a ili mreže mobilnih telefona. Budući da nikada ne igramo istovremeno putem WLAN-a, oboje mogu biti moguće.
Nažalost, to više nije razumljivo ...
To na običnom jeziku znači da sam kažnjen sa "500 € izbrisano", jer se moj prijatelj, kao kupac koji PLAĆA, takođe prijavio da igram tamo.
Odredbe i uvjeti ili ne, to jednostavno više nije rip!
Ne želim znati koliko novca Casinia zarađuje brišući profit kupaca!?

Hallo, erstmal vielen Dank das Sie sich über Haupt darum bemühen den Fall zu klären.
Meine Freundin hat sich am 03.09. Einen Account bei Casinia gemacht und es kann durchaus sein das wir beide über das gleiche WLAN "sprich die selbe IP hatten" gezockt haben. Wir sind uns beide nicht sicher ob wir übers WLAN oder Handy Netz gezockt haben. Weil wir nie gleichzeitig übers WLAN spielen kann beides möglich sein.
Leider ist es jetzt nicht mehr nachvollziehbar....
Das heist also im Klartext das ich bestraft worden bin "500€ Gelöscht" weil meine Freundin als ZAHLENDE Kundin sich ebenso angemeldet hat um dort zu Spielen.
AGB's hin oder her das ist doch einfach nur abzocke mehr nicht!
Ich möchte nicht wissen wieviel Geld Casinia damit verdient in dem sie den Kunden die Gewinne löscht!?

Pozdrav opet, na kraju moram samo reći da je ovo sjajan trik kazina da ne moraju isplaćivati tone dobitaka!
Bilo bi normalno i pošteno kada bi vam se to reklo prije nego što uplatite sredstva, a ne tek nakon što ste satima kockali i napokon osvojili iznos x i radujete se tome.
Apsolutno nije prihvatljivo za kupce!
I baš kao u ovom slučaju sa mnom, i ja sam kažnjen zbog svoje djevojke, kao mušterija koja plaća, pošto sam se kockao s istom IP adresom kao i ja, mislim VIŠE OD NEPRAVEDNOG !!!
Tako ćemo u budućnosti moja djevojka i ja igrati samo putem vlastite mreže mobilnih telefona da se to više ne može ponoviti i nadam se da će sljedećih 500 eura završiti na mom računu ..., 🙂

Hello again, at the end I just have to say that this is a great trick of the casinos to not have to pay out tons of winnings!
It would be normal and fair if you were told that before you deposit and not only after you have gambled for hours and finally won amount x and you are looking forward to it.
It's absolutely not customer-friendly!
And just like in this case of me, I'm being punished for my girlfriend, as a paying customer, having gambled with the same IP address as me, I think MORE THAN JUST UNFAIR !!!

Hallo nochmal, zum Abschluss gibt es für mich nur zu sagen das das eine super Masche der casinos ist um haufenweise Gewinne nicht auszuzahlen zu müssen!
Normal und fair wäre es wenn man das gesagt bekommt bevor man einzahlt und nicht erst nachdem man Stunden lang gezockt und endlich mal betrag x gewonnen hat und man sich darauf freut.
Kundenfreundlich ist das absolut nicht!
Und das so wie in diesen Fall von mir, Ich quasi dafür bestraft werde das meine Freundin als zahlende Kundin mit der selben IP Adresse gezockt hat wie ich finde ich MEHR ALS NUR UNFAIR!!!
Also in Zukunft spielen meine Freundin und ich nur noch übers eigene Handy netz das sowas nicht nochmal passieren kann und die nächsten 500euro gewinn hoffentlich auf meinem Konto landen..., 🙂
