Poslao sam e-poštu kazinu nekoliko puta otkako je moj nalog zatvoren. Rekli su mi da će me neko zvati, ali niko nije zvao, a ni oni ne mogu da obezbede vreme za poziv. Moj nalog još uvek nije verifikovan jer je otvoren samo 2 dana pre nego što je zatvoren. Moje samoisključivanje iz Bovade je bilo ranije ovog meseca.

Problem je u tome što je nemoguće kontaktirati bilo koga i to je generička služba za korisnike putem e-pošte, a oni nikada nisu odgovorili na moju zabrinutost preko telefona. Mogu vam proslediti ceo lanac e-pošte tako da možete da ga vidite. Jednom su me pitali kada ću biti dostupan za poziv. Dao sam im do znanja period od 5 sati. Zatim su sledeći put rekli da je problem već rešen telefonom. U suštini dobijam potpunu vožnju.
I’ve emailed the casino several times since my account was closed. They told me someone would call me but no one has called and they can’t provide a time for a call either. My account hasn’t been verified yet as it was only opened 2 days before it was closed. My self exclusion from Bovada was earlier this month.

The issue is that it’s impossible to contact anyone and it’s generic email customer service and they haven’t addressed my concern over the phone ever. I can forward you the entire email chain so you can see it. One time they asked when I would be available for a call. I let them know an 5 hour period. Then the next time they said the issue was already resolved over the phone. Basically getting the complete run around.
