The following problem I paid 25 €, should get through only 20 ¬ 50 free spins ... I had to take 4-5 attempts, so my request has come to a conclusion and I then received my 50 free spins, in Tractor Beam ... So I had from my deposit still a balance balance of 7 ¬ I have not, I did not need any benefit, since I have received my free spins in Tractor Beam ... I give them a chance with their own proposal so I'm willing to compromise, but since no one commented on it, I decided to sue my lawyer for 5000 € and he takes apart wazamba, that's a promise. I will not let me rip off.

Folgendes Problem ich habe 25€ eingezahlt,sollte durch nur 20€ 50 Freispiele erhalten...ich musste 4-5 Anläufe nehmen,damit mein Anliegen zu ein Erkenntnis gekommen ist und ich dann meine 50 Freispiele erhalten habe,in Tractor Beam.... So ich hatte von meiner Einzahlung noch ein Rest Guthaben von 7€ die habe ich nicht, brauchte ich auch nicht Nutzen,da ich ja meine Freispiele erhalten habe in Tractor Beam... Somit sollten wären ich meine Freispiele nutze,nein Restguthaben von meiner Einzahlung 25€ wo noch 7€ übrig wären,sich nicht in Luft auflösen korrekt? Das stellte ich aber später anders fest. Ich spielte meine 50 Freispiele runter und erzielte fast gute 50€ dies kann meine Lebensgefährtin bezuegen,sie hat alles mit angesehen. So nun dachte ich 50€knapp steht aus den Freispielen in der Bilanz. Komisch wartete eine Weile aktualisierte mehrfach,hofft dann aus dem Gewinn das wird mir gutgeschrieben,aufs Konto in Echtgeld,ist ja mein Gewinn. Nein nichts passierte,somit müsste ich gezwungen die Bilanz mit dem Gewinn Guthaben runter Spielen. Dann habe ich mit Support im Chat und per E-Mail Streit zu keiner Lösung und Einigung,über 1 Stunde oder länger sogar,nur geschrieben. Im späteren Verlauf des Abends dachte ich okay 7€ sind ja noch spielst damit weiter,wie soll's auch kommen mein Guthaben Konto in Echtgeld was ich eingezahlt hätte,die Rest 7€ einfach verschwunden. Da ich meine Zeit und Geduld dort rein gesteckt hatte,kam ich zum Entschluss dies als Betrug zu sehen und dies zu Anzeige zu bringen...

Ja es ist eine Sauerei wie man verarscht wird und abgezockt. Pfui Teufel 

Ich habe ihnen eine Chance geben mit eigenen Vorschlag bin ja gerne Kompromiss bereit,aber da niemand darauf hin einging, Entschloss ich  verklagen mein Anwalt kostet 5000€ und der nimmt wazamba auseinander,das ist ein versprechen. Ich lasse mich nicht abzocken.

If I understand it correctly, you had 7€ in your balance, but they disappeared. Have you contacted the casino and asked them to investigate it? Did they explain you why the money is missing on your account?
