Hello, I made a win of 800 euros (bonus money then converted into real money) on this casino. I requested a withdrawal and in fact the money was withdrawn from the account. I received an email shortly after, asking for documents to verify the account for the bank transfer. Everything is right up to this point, except that I can't upload the requested documents on the website. I try to upload them but then it seems as if it gets stuck.

Salve, ho effettuato su questo casinò una vincita di 800 euro (soldi bonus poi convertiti in soldi reali). Ho richiesto il prelievo e di fatto i soldi sono stati prelevati dal conto. Mi è arrivata poco dopo la mail in cui mi chiedevano i documenti per la Verifica dell'account per il bonifico. Tutto giusto fino a qui, se non che non riesco a caricare i documenti richiesti sul sito. Faccio per caricarli ma poi è come se si bloccasse.

Good evening, thanks for the prompt response.

So, I finally managed to send the documentation and they verified the account. Everything was fine except that now they sent me an email telling me that since I violated their bonus rules, my winnings could be deducted. However, currently I have made the withdrawal on the site and obviously I have nothing in my online account. Now I sent him an email asking when they will wire the money to me. I await their response.

Allora, io alla fine sono riuscito a inviare la documentazione e loro hanno verificato l'account. Tutto regolare se non fosse che adesso mi hanno mandato una mail scrivendomi che siccome ho violato il loro regolamento sui bonus, le mie vincite potrebbero essere detratte. Attualmente però sul sito io il prelievo l'ho effettuato e sul conto online non ho nulla ovviamente. Ora gli ho mandato una mail chiedendogli quando mi effettueranno il bonifico dei soldi. Attendo una loro risposta.
