Zatražio sam dva povlačenja 5. februara, jedno je bilo 2.500 dolara, a drugo 1.500 dolara.
Osvojio sam ovaj novac u isto vreme, tako da je to isto igranje, isti dobici, nisam igrao i nisam igrao kazino od tada, tako da nisam poništio svoj dobitak.
12. februara odobreno mi je prvo povlačenje 2.500 dolara.
Ali moje drugo povlačenje (1.500 dolara) još uvek čeka na dan.
Ne treba ga pregledati itd. jer su to već uradili sa mojim prvim povlačenjem.
oni bukvalno samo moraju da uđu i pritisnu odobri/plati šta god da moraju da urade da bi mi isplatili moj dobitak.
Kontaktirao sam funkciju ćaskanja svakog dana u poslednja dva meseca. Preko 30 naknadnih zahteva je poslato timu za plaćanja/timu za obradu bilo šta, a moje povlačenje još uvek čeka.
Poslao sam preko 15 mejlova na support@abigcandy.com i payments@abigcandy.com i ni na jedan od mojih mejlova nije odgovoreno.
Dobio sam isti generički sranje odgovor od ljudi na ćaskanju, da daju sve od sebe da mi donesu moj dobitak, budite sigurni da ću uskoro dobiti svoje dobitke, i da su poslani još jedan dodatni zahtevi i da je menadžment svestan moje situacije i radi na tome, ali još uvek ništa. Veoma mi je teško da poverujem da postoji ovoliko kašnjenje između mojih isplata kada su napravljena u razmaku od jednog minuta i kada je moja prva isplaćena pre više od mesec dana.
I requested two withdrawals on the 5th of February, one being $2,500 and the other being $1,500.
I won this money at the same time, therefore it is same gameplay, same winnings, I did not and have not played the casino since so I didn’t void my winnings.
On the 12th of February my first withdrawal was approved $2,500.
But my second withdrawal ($1,500) is still pending to this day.
It doesn’t need to be reviewed ect as they have already done this with my first withdrawal.
they literally only have to go in and hit approve/pay whatever it is they have to do to pay me my winnings.
I have contacted the chat feature every single day for the past two months. Over 30 follow up requests have been sent to the payments team/processing team whatever and still my withdrawal is pending.
I have sent over 15 emails to support@abigcandy.com and payments@abigcandy.com and not one of my emails have been responded.
I get the same generic bullshit reply from the people on chat, that their doing their best to get me my winnings, rest assured I will have my winnings soon, and that another follow up requests have been sent and management are aware of my situation and working on it but still nothing. I find it very hard to believe that there is this much of a delay between my withdrawals when they were made one minute apart and my first one has been paid over a month ago.
