Zdravo, hteo sam da podignem 450$ sa svog računa, ali je odbijeno. Onda su me zamolili da uradim KIC. Uradio sam KIC pre nekoliko nedelja, ali isplate su još uvek zaključane. Dobio sam nekoliko saveta od prijatelja kojeg sam pozvao na njihovu platformu, pa je i on zamoljen da uradi KIC. Tako je i uradio. Sada kada pitam podršku uživo zašto je moj nalog još uvek zaključan, uvek mi samo kažu da sačekam - molim vas, sačekajte, tim proverava, dajte nam 24 sata, kada tim odgovori, mi ćemo vas obavestiti.. Ili mi kažu da pošaljem drugu e-poštu podršci imejl adresu, koja takođe nikada ne odgovara. Poslao sam najmanje 4 e-poruke i tražio podršku uživo najmanje 6 puta.. sada je više od mesec dana i oni to odlažu.. Uključiću neke slike sa razgovorima za podršku. Molim vas pomozite! Hvala!
Hi, I wanted to make a withdrawal of 450$ from my account, but it was rejected. Then I was asked to do KYC. I did KYC weeks ago but withdrawals still locked. I have received some tips from friend I invited to their platform, so he was also asked to do KYC too. So he did. Now when I ask live support why my account is still locked, they always just tell me to wait - please wait, team is checking, give us 24h, once team responds we will update you.. Or tells me to send another email to support email address, which also never responds. I have sent at least 4 emails and asked live support at least 6 times.. its more than month now and they keep delaying it.. I will include some images with support chats. Please help! Thanks!
