Zdravo, nedavno sam imao problema u vezi sa Bet o bet kazinom.
Verifikovao sam svoj nalog PRE nego što sam igrao bilo koje slotove na njihovoj veb lokaciji.
Osvojio sam ukupno 5003,47 dolara u slotu po imenu Pink Joker od strane Plaisona.
Podigao sam ovaj iznos 29/10/24, a korisnička podrška me je obavestila putem ćaskanja da će to trajati 3 dana.
Kada sam se kasnije raspitao o povlačenju nakon što su prošla 3 dana, rekli su mi da je došlo do tehničke greške za koju bi moglo biti potrebno nedelju dana ili više da se ispravi i da treba da otkažem svoje povlačenje i prihvatim bonus od 1500 dolara. Odbio sam otkazivanje mog povlačenja ili prihvatanje bonusa jer sam znao da će to postaviti uslove za opkladu na moje dobitke. Verujem da je ovo bio pokušaj da zaključam svoj dobitak sa zahtevima za bonuse tako da više ne mogu da povlačim svoje dobitke.
Nekoliko dana kasnije, kada sam se ponovo raspitao, obavestili su me da je moje povlačenje sada u toku.
Posle otprilike 9 dana podneo sam zvaničnu žalbu na imejl korisničke službe gde je sajt naložio da se žalbe ulože. Odmah nakon podnošenja žalbe moj nalog je blokiran i više nisam mogao da mu pristupim.
Kasnije sam primio e-poštu u kojoj se kaže da je moj nalog blokiran zbog više naloga. Smatram da je ovo neistina i tražene informacije/dokazi o ovim računima u pitanju. Od tada nisam dobio nikakav odgovor i poslao sam mnogo e-poruka tražeći informacije ili sredstva za osporavanje ovih tvrdnji. Bilo mi je veoma teško da pronađem regulatornu ili matičnu kompaniju kojoj mogu da uložim žalbu i da osporim ove navode pošto na njihovoj veb lokaciji nema jasnih detalja o tome.
Ovo je kratak opis mog dosadašnjeg poslovanja sa kazinom i priložio sam datoteku sa transkriptima ćaskanja, recenzijama, transakcijama računa, imejlovima i recenzijama o ovom kazinu. Zaista bih želeo pomoć jer sam u nedoumici šta dalje da radim, tako da bi vaša pomoć bila veoma cenjena.
Moja datoteka je prevelika za slanje sa ovom podneskom. Mogu da je pošaljem putem e-pošte preko veze do mog Google diska ako bi se to moglo urediti. Bio bih zahvalan.

Hi I've recently had some issues regarding Bet o bet casino.
I verified my account BEFORE playing any slots on their site.
I won a total of $5003.47 in a slot by the name of pink joker by playson.
I withdrew this amount on the 29/10/24 and was informed by customer support via chat this would take 3 days.
When I later enquired about the withdrawal after the 3 days had passed they then told me there was a technical error that might take a week or more to fix and that I should cancel my withdrawal and accept a match bonus of $1500. I denied cancelation of my withdrawal or acceptance of the bonus as I knew it would place wager requirements on my winnings. I believe this was an attempt to lock my winnings in with bonus requirements so that I could no longer withdraw my winnings.
Days later when i enquired again theg informed me my withdrawal was now under review.
After about 9 days I laid a formal complaint to the customer service email where the site had directed that complaints be lodged. Immediately after my complaint was lodged my account was blocked and I could no longer access it.
I later then received an email saying my account had been blocked due to having multiple accounts. I believe this to be untrue and requested information/evidence of these accounts in question. I have received no reply since and have sent many emails requesting information or a means to dispute these claims. I have been finding it very difficult to find a regulator or parent company that I can lodge a complaint with and dispute these allegations as there are no clear details of this on their site.
This is a brief description of my dealings with the casino so far and I have attatched a file with chat transcripts, reviews, account transactions, emails and reviews on this casino. I would really like some help as I am at a loss of what to do next so your help would be greatly appreciated.
