I managed to win 15000 USD from my second 500 USD deposit. I was playing with a bonus. Bodog's T&C states that the maximum bet can be 20% of the total amount. Meanwhile, I was gambling with 100 USD on slot machines. Bodog continues to insist that I've violated their rule that states, "10. Betting Restrictions: unless otherwise noted on the main bonus page, all bonuses are subject to a maximum betting limitation in relation to the deposit amount. Breaching this 'maximum bet rule' can result in account closure, removal of the Bonus, and any winnings obtained during the Bonus bets. Any bet made with deposited or bonus funds prior to the bonus completion is subject to the following limits:

Maximum risk per Casino bet: 20% of the deposited amount."

I've been trying to clear up this misunderstanding since September 12th, however, their responses have been unhelpful, simply restating that I've broken their rules.

I tried to explain it to them but didn't receive any alternative reply from 12 September. They just repeat that I broke this rule

Failure to comply with this "maximum bet rule" may result in account closure, Bonus removal and any winnings obtained during Bonus wagering. Any bets using deposited or bonus funds prior to completing the Bonus are subject to the following limits:

Maximum risk per bet in Casino - 20% of the deposited amount

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex. The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.
