Deponirao sam putem bitcoina nekoliko puta i račun je bio u skladu s tim, ali zadnji put je odbijen, pa sam kontaktirao operatera na live chatu, jer rijetko dobijete odgovor putem e-maila, tip me zamolio da pošaljem dokaz o bitnom novcu transakciju, pa sam snimio svoju transakciju bitcoin adresom klasičnih slotova, iz svog novčanika kovanice, također snimio fotografiju s PC-a na kojoj je prikazan transakcija, poslao taj dokaz na e-mail s podrškom za kockarnice i čak sam ga priložio na live chat, i rekli su da bi ga proslijedio financijskom timu, dan kasnije primio sam poziv iz kockarnice tražeći da uplatim depozit za veliki bonus i objasnio sam da više neću položiti dok se ne vratim svoj prethodni odbijeni depozit i Operator nije imao pojma o mom problemu i kontaktirao bi financijski tim da ga napuni, to je bilo prije gotovo sedmicu dana i u ovo vrijeme poslao sam više e-mailova tražeći odgovor na to pitanje, ali još uvijek nema odgovora ili bilo kakvog kontakta, jako uznemiren i iznerviran.
