Moj nalog je onemogućen sa mojim novcem na stanju. Ne mogu da vratim svoj novac. Igrao sam u kazinu od jula i nisam imao nikakvih problema ranije, dobio sam dobitke 4 puta, koji su u potpunosti isplaćeni. 28. avgusta greškom sam uplatio 700 EUR umesto 70 EUR. Igrao sam malo ali nakon toga nisam mogao da podignem svoj iznos koji je ostao na računu, Moj nalog je zatvoren bez ikakvog objašnjenja. Kontaktirao sam podršku putem ćaskanja i agent mi je odgovorio da na mojoj adresi postoji neki drugi nalog i da sam koristio VPN što nije tačno i potpuna laž. Moj nalog je verifikovan, depoziti su napravljeni sa mog ličnog Skrill naloga. Šaljem neke skripte iz ćaskanja sa podrškom, nažalost nemam snimke ekrana, samo sam sačuvao tekstove:
„Iz onoga što vidim sa svoje strane, postoji mnogo sumnji u vezi sa vašim nalogom, kao i sa drugim nalozima koji imaju istu strategiju kao i vaša"
„Problem je zato što ste kreirali 4 naloga na različita imena koja dolaze sa istog mesta"
„Imate više od jednog naloga kod nas. Osim toga, vaša adresa nije adresa samo vas."

Sve ove informacije nisu tačne. Pokušao sam da kontaktiram podršku putem e-pošte, ali uzalud. Još uvek nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od njih. Kazino ne želi da sarađuje. Zahtevam nazad moj deponovani novac. Molim vas pomozite mi.
My account is disabled with my money on the balance. I cannot get my own money back. I was playing with the casino since July and didn't have any issue before, I got winnings 4 times, which were fully paid. On 28th of August I deposited 700EUR by mistake instead of 70EUR. I played a little bit but after that couldn't withdraw my amount which was left on account, My account was closed without any explanation. I contacted support via chat and the agent replied that there are some other account on my address and that I used VPN which is not true and a total lie. My account was verified, the deposits were made from my personal Skrill account. I am sending some scripts from chat with support, unfortunatelly I don't have screenshots, I just saved texts:

All this information is not correct. I tried to contact support via email but in vain. Still didn't get any reply from them. Casino doesn't want to cooperate. I request my deposited money back. Please help me.
