- Do povlačenja još nije došlo. Nikada. (U međuvremenu, juče sam otkazao uplatu jer mi je korisnički servis rekao da ako ne zahtevam plaćanje bitkoinom, već bankovnim transferom, biće potrebno 2-3 dana da mi novac bude poslat. I tamo sistem kaže Greška sa bankovnim transferom, ne dozvoljava njihov sistem, što ga čini nemogućim.)
- Pobedio sam bez bonusa, uvek igram bez bonusa.
- Sa korisničkom službom komuniciram skoro svaki dan i uvek traže strpljenje i izvinjenje. Jednom su obećali da će poslati novac u roku od 2-3 dana, ali to se nije dogodilo. Imam i snimak ekrana toga.

- I communicate with customer service almost every day, and they always ask for patience and apologies. Once they promised to send the money within 2-3 days, but this did not happen. I have a screenshot of that as well.
