Napravio sam nalog kod Lottolanda u subotu 7. decembra, završio sam verifikaciju kao i vi.
Prvo sam deponovao £500, osvojio neki profit, povukao svojih £500 i onda igrao sa profitom. Izgubio sam ovo. Deponovao sam još 1.000 funti, zaradio 400 funti i povukao 1.000 funti. U ovom trenutku, povukao sam 1000 funti od kojih imam imejlove koji potvrđuju da će biti obrađeni/plaćeni u roku od 24 sata, ali može potrajati i do 5 dana. Sada je utorak podne i nikakva sredstva nisu primljena - sada počinjem da se brinem.
Sa profitom od 400 funti, stavio sam ovo na niske kvote u subotu 6 puta acca, ovo bi vratilo 1699 funti i nekoliko penija. Dok su igre dolazile, proverio sam oko 16:00 po UK GMT i imao sam gotovinu od oko 900 funti. Samo 30 minuta kasnije, nisam mogao da se prijavim na svoj nalog;
„Vaš nalog je zatvoren, molimo proverite svoju e-poštu za dodatne informacije."
Bila je jedna utakmica koja je trebala da se igra u 18:00, Benfika je pobedila i završila accu.
Nije primljena nijedna e-poruka, u mom normalnom poštanskom sandučetu ili u bezvrijednom.
Skočio sam na ćaskanje i rekli su da je potrebna dodatna provera; u redu. Vozačka dozvola, samopotvrđujuća fotografija sa vozačkom dozvolom, dokaz adrese i bankovni izvod, sve obezbeđeno. To se dogodilo juče kada sam im ujutro dao završni dokument.
Od tada sam pokušao da stupim u kontakt putem metode ćaskanja uživo, koju niko ne koristi, rečeno vam je da ste broj 1 u redu i da ćete biti viđeni u prosečnom vremenskom roku, to se ne dešava. Satima pokušavam da stupim u kontakt sa nekim iz dva razloga;
- Kada mogu da očekujem svoje depozite od 1.500 funti koji su se desili u subotu. Mislim da je u današnje vreme, čekanje 3 dana neprihvatljivo s obzirom na to koliko brzo se sredstva mogu preneti. Počinjem da mislim da zadržavaju ova sredstva iako su povučena pre nego što je račun ograničen.
- Kada ću dobiti odgovor i imati aktivan nalog kako bih mogao da pristupim dobicima od £1699.
- Da li ću uopšte dobiti ova sredstva nazad, koristio sam mnoge sajtove tokom godina i nikada ranije nisam doživeo ovakvo ponašanje ili uslugu.
Verujem da namerno izbegavaju i ne pomažu, da nezakonito zadržavaju 1.500 funti koje sam tražio. Udovoljio sam svim zahtevima, na vreme.
Čini se da su jedine dve osobe u ćaskanju uživo Gamila i Andra i svaki put kada razgovaram sa njima, one isključuju ćaskanje (nisam uvredljiv).
Zaista bih cenio neku podršku u vezi sa ovim, jer s obzirom da je tako blizu Božića, ta sredstva bi zaista mogla da budu od koristi!

I created an account with Lottoland on Saturday 7th December, completed verification as you do.
I first deposited £500, won some profit, withdrew my £500 and then played with the profit. I lost this. I deposited a further £1,000, made £400 and withdrew the £1,000. At this point, I withdrew the £1,000 of which I have emails confirming it will be processed/paid in 24 hours but could take up to 5 days. It is now Tuesday midday and no funds have been received - I am now beginning to become concerned.
With the £400 profit, I placed this on a low odds Saturday 6 fold acca, this would return £1699 and a few pennies. Whilst the games were coming in, I checked at circa 4pm UK GMT and I had a cash out of circa £900. Only 30 minutes later, I couldn't log in to my account;
"Your account has been closed, please check your email for further information".
There was one game which was due to play at 18:00, Benfica who won and completed the acca.
No emails were received, in my normal mailbox or in junk.
I jumped on chat and they said that further verification is required; fine. Driving licence, self certifying photo with driving licence held, proof of address and bank statements, all provided. This took place yesterday when I gave them the final document in the morning.
I have since tried to contact via the live chat method, which no one mans, you are told you are number 1 in the queue and will be seen to within an average timeframe, this does not happen. I am hours on end trying to get in touch with someone for two reasons;
- When I can expect my £1,500 deposits that took place Saturday. I think in this day and age, having to wait 3 days is unacceptable given how quickly funds can be transferred. I am beginning to think they are withholding these funds even though they were withdrawn before the account was restricted.
- When I will get an answer and have an active account so I can access the £1699 winnings.
- Will I even get these funds back, I have used many sites over the years and I have never experienced service or conduct like this before.
I believe they are purposely being evasive and unhelpful, they are unlawfully withholding the £1,500 that I have requested. I have obliged with all requests, in a time fashion.
The only two people on live chat seem to be Gamila & Andra and every time I speak to them, they disconnect the chat (I am not being offensive).
Would really appreciate some support on this as with it being so close to Christmas, those funds could really come in handy!
