Pošto ste obavešteni o kršenju u vašoj drugoj žalbi na Kazino JEFE ovde , propisano je da je igračima dozvoljeno da imaju samo jedan nalog u kazinu. Nažalost, prekršena su pravila koja sam izneo i ja i predstavnik kazina.
Iako razumem da je ovo kršenje verovatno bilo nenamerno, savetujem vam da pažljivo pročitate odredbe i uslove kazina pre nego što otvorite nalog ili aktivirate bilo koji bonus. Ovo će vam pomoći da izbegnete ovakva razočarenja u budućnosti.
Nažalost, nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija primorani smo da odbijemo ovu žalbu. Žao nam je što nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molim vas, ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom i mi ćemo se potruditi da vam pomognemo.

As you have been informed about the violation in your other complaint on Casino JEFE here, it is stipulated that players are permitted to have only one account in the casinos. Regrettably, the rules that were outlined by both myself and the casino representative have been violated.
While I understand that this breach was likely unintentional, I strongly advise that you carefully read through the casino's terms and conditions before creating an account or activating any bonuses. This will help you avoid disappointments such as this in the future.
