Osvojio sam 6.000 evra u noći od 02.09.2023. do 02.10.2023, 02.10.2023. želeo sam da podignem novac.
Uvek sam ranije osvajao manje iznose i isplaćivani su bez problema. (Nalog je već verifikovan).
Istog dana su želeli da ponovo verifikujem svoj račun, bravo, tražili su dokaz o prebivalištu i potvrdu bankovnog izvoda. Sve, bez problema sam uradio tako da je sve do sada odbijeno. Uvek želite nešto novo. (To ne može biti. Bezbroj mejlova poslato, sad opet hoće sve depozite od 09.02.2023, jednom ovako pa tako ne može. Iznad svega, da li sam već prethodno verifikovao svoj nalog ??? ?Dana 17. februara 2023. tražili su samo izvod iz banke za 200 evra od 9. februara 2023. (otišla sam u banku ekstra i sve dala odštampati, onda sam poslala samo ispis od 9. februara 2023. (ponovo odbijen).
Sada želite sve depozite, danas sam skenirao bankovni izvod i račun za vodu i konvertovao ih u PDF, to su oni hteli. Sad sam samo ranije pisao podršci, ne mogu da napišu jasan odgovor šta je tačno potrebno. Podrška kaže: „Neće biti prihvaćene skenirane stavke". Kako da ga onda pošaljem???? Kada sam postavio pitanje, dobio sam odgovor mogu da zatražim izvod za onlajn format od svoje banke (transfer), koja je svrha ovoga, pre svega, moj račun je tu - mislim da je to samo napred i nazad kako to da idem u svoju banku iako sam već poslao izvod iz banke.
Pokušaću ponovo, ali će proći 4 dana pre nego što mogu ponovo da ga otpremim. Preklinjem vas da mi pomognete. Moji živci su zaista na kraju. U stvari, bio sam veoma zadovoljan kazinom. Prema recenzijama, postoje trajni problemi sa većim isplatama, nažalost, to sam tek kasnije pročitao.

Ich habe in der Nacht von 09.02.2023-10.02.2023,6.000 Euro gewonnen, am 10.02.2023 wollte ich mir das Geld auszahlen lassen.
Ich habe davor immer kleinere Beträge gewonnen, und die wurden ohne Probleme Ausbezahlt.(Konto war bereits verifiziert).
Am selben Tag wollten Sie das ich mein Konto wieder neu verifiziere, gut hab ich gemacht, sie Verlangten einen Wohnsitznachweis und eine Kontoauszugsbestätigung. Alles, kein Problem hab ich erledigt so alles wurde bis jetzt abgelehnt. Immer wollen Sie was neues. (Das kann es doch nicht sein. Unzähliche E-Mails geschickt, jetzt wollen sie wieder alle Einzahlungen von 09.02.2023,einmal so und dann so das kann es doch nicht sein. Vor allem habe ich doch mein Konto vorher schon verifiziert????Am17.02.2023 wollten, sie den Kontoauszug nur von den 200 Euro von 09.02.2023 haben.(Bin extra zur Bank hab mir alles ausdrucken lassen, habe dann den Ausdruck nur von 09.02.2023 gesendet(Wieder abgelehnt).
Jetzt wollen Sie alle Einzahlungen haben, heute habe ich den Kontoauszug, und die Wasserabrechnung eingescannt-und in PDF konvertiert, wollten die so. Jetzt habe ich vorhin gerade mit den Support geschrieben ,sie können keine klaren Antworten schreiben was genau benötigt wird. Der Support sagt: "Es werden keine eingescannten Sachen angenommen". Wie soll ich es den dann senden????Auf die Frage habe ich zur Antwort bekommen ich kann bei meiner Bank einen Auszug für Online-Format anfragen-(Überweisung),was soll das vor allem mein Konto liegt dort auf-meines Erachtens ist das da nur mehr ein Hin und her wie komm ich dazu ständig zu meiner Bank zu gehen obwohl ich schon einen Kontoauszug geschickt habe.
Ich werde es wieder versuchen, aber die brauchen 4.Tage ,bis ich es neu hochladen kann. Ich bitte Sie das sie mir helfen. Meine Nerven sind echt schon am Ende. Eigentlich war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Casino. Laut den Bewertungen gibt es dauerhaft Probleme, bei höheren Auszahlungen, leider habe ich das erst später gelesen.
