Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of bonus did you claim? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
It simply looks like you need to completely finish your bonus (maybe to withdraw the winnings as some casinos consider the bonus finished once it is withdrawn) in order to play the restricted games.
