Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do I understand it correctly that the casino refused to pay out the winnings from the bonus because you have previously claimed the bonus or they did not even credit the bonus for the second time? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
