Nakon KIC verifikacije izabrao sam opciju vozačke dozvole da potvrdim svoju identifikaciju. Sve je to odobreno u procesu, ali kada je verifikacija obavljena, nisu uspeli.
Zato sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku i rekao mi da im pošaljem e-poštu support@bc.game sa ovim informacijama.

Kada sam im poslao e-poštu, nije bilo odgovora nedelju dana, pa sam ponovo proverio da li ima ažuriranja o podršci i na moje iznenađenje rekli su mi da pošaljem e-poštu kyc@bc.game za žalbu. Malo je verovatno da neće dobiti odgovore sa ovakvim kazino sajtovima, pa sam poslao e-poštu njihovom kic-u i poslao dokumente i snimak ekrana onoga što je podrška rekla
Čekao sam 14 dana i ponovo nisam dobio odgovor. Po treći put više nisam bio iznenađen i ponovo sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku i rekao mi da su moji dokumenti zamagljeni i da postoje snimci ekrana razgovora za podršku pa su tražili da mi pošalju e-poštu i ponovo resetuju moj kic.
Još im nisam poslao e-poštu jer čekam paket za isporuku da fotografišem moju adresu za dodatne dokumente da potvrdim svoju identifikaciju. Nadam se da mi možete pomoći da ih kontaktiram. Moji dokumenti su bili jasni i nisu zamućeni, ali su tražili resetovanje
Upon the KYC verification I chose the option of Drivers License to confirm my identification. It was all approved in the process but when the verification was done they failed it.
So I contact their support and told me to email their support@bc.game with these informations.

5. Commonly used device.
When I emailed them there was no reply for a week so I checked for an update on support again, and to my surprise they told me to email kyc@bc.game for the complaint. It was very unlikely to get no replies with these kind of casino sites so I emailed their kyc and submitted the documents and a screenshot of what the support said
I waited 14 days and got no reply again. For the third time I was not surprised anymore and I contacted their support again and told me that my documents were blurred and there were screenshots of the support conversation so they asked to email and reset my kyc again.
I haven't emailed them again yet because I'm waiting for a delivery parcel to take a photo of my address for extra documents to confirm my identification. Hope you can help me contact them. My documents where clear and not blurred but they asked for a reset
