Dobar dan timu, juče sam naišao na problem prilikom prijavljivanja na bebetcoin.ag nalog, koji me je naterao da promenim lozinku, greška/problem na koji sam naišao je bila stagnirajuća veb stranica koja me nije prijavila nakon što sam uneo moje akreditive, agent za livechat zatim preporučio neka rešenja i ovo je na kraju uspelo (brisanje kolačića).
Danas, 2. avgusta 2024. Naišao sam na isti problem, ali ovaj put nije izgledao kao greška jer greška „Ups! Ovaj nalog je onemogućen" je ono što se pojavilo, izvršio sam korake koje je agent naveo juče (brisanje kolačića) jer je to ranije funkcionisalo, ali ovaj put još uvek nije bilo uspeha.
Tim za e-poštu i ćaskanje uživo nisu pružili kontekst zašto dobijam ove odgovore, moje poruke i e-poruke su ignorisani!
Napomena: ovo je moj jedini nalog na betcoin.ag i nisam prihvatio nikakve bonuse za registraciju niti učestvovao u bilo kakvim promocijama kako ne bih bio označen kao zlostavljač ako dođe do guranja kao što je već bilo. Pročitao sam i pobrinuo se da se pridržavam njenih uslova i uslova, marljivo ispunjavajući svoju ulogu korisnika/kupca, a oni su, s druge strane, očigledno pogrešili tako što nisu odgovorili ili pružili ili pokušali da pomognu da se stvari reše, to je bila sva paučina i paukovi za sve komunikacione medije povezane sa sajtom.
Good day Team, yesterday I encountered a problem when logging into be betcoin.ag account, which prompted me to change my password, the bug/problem encountered was a stagnant webpage that didn’t log me in after entering my credentials, the livechat agent then recommended some solutions and this eventually worked(clearing cookies).
Today 2nd Aug, 2024. I encountered this same problem but this time it didn’t look like a bug as the error "Whoops! This account is disabled" was what popped up, i carried out the steps outlined by the agent yesterday(clearing cookies) as that worked previously but still no avail this time around.
The email team and live chat have provided no context as to why I’m getting this responses, my messages and emails ignored!
To Note: this is my only account at betcoin.ag and I did not accept any sign up bonuses nor participate in any promotions so as to not be tagged an abuser if push came to shove as it has already.
