Obaveštavamo vas da je proces verifikacije u toku i da je Odeljenje za verifikaciju zatražilo dodatne dokumente u skladu sa našim Uslovima i odredbama, posebno klauzulom 5.1.:
„Upoznaj svog kupca je procedura prema kojoj zadržavamo pravo da tražimo dodatna dokumenta, koja uključuju, ali ne ograničavajući se na: pasoš ili ličnu kartu; dokaz adrese (stranica za pasoš, račun za komunalije, izvod banke ili platne institucije), selfi sa pasošem ili ličnom kartom ili drugim dokumentima po nahođenju BETSOFA-e.
Imajte na umu da ne morate da dostavite pasoš, ali da bismo završili potpunu verifikaciju naloga za igre, potrebno nam je da dobijemo skeniranu ličnu kartu overenu kod notara.

Please be informed that the verification process is ongoing and additional documents were requested by the Verification Department in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 5.1.:
"Know Your Customer is the procedure according to which we reserve the right to request additional documents, which include, but not limited to: passport or ID; Proof of Address (Passport address page, Utility bill, Bank or Payment institution statement), selfie with passport or ID; or other documents upon BETSOFA Compliance Department discretion. Please note that Driving License cannot be accepted as ID and/or Proof of Address."
Kindly note that you do not need to provide a passport, however, to complete the full verification of the gaming account we need to receive a scan of a notarized Identity Card.
