Hvala vam puno što ste podneli ovu žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem sa BetSofa kazinom.
Izvinjavam se, ali nažalost, ne ispunjavate uslove za bilo kakav povraćaj novca jer ste izgubili balans dok ste igrali u kazinu. Da ste osvojili nešto, a kazino je odbio da vam isplati novac zbog dodavanja Nemačke u svoju ograničenu nadležnost, situacija bi bila drugačija. Međutim, bez obzira na to da li je Nemačka bila ograničena ili ne, igranje u gostima i dalje bi rezultiralo nultim stanjem.
Obavestite me ako još nešto mogu da vam pomognem, inače će ova žalba biti zatvorena.

I apologize, but unfortunately, you are not eligible for any refunds as you lost your balance while playing at the casino. If you had won something and the casino refused to pay you out due to adding Germany to its restricted jurisdiction, the situation would have been different. However, regardless of whether Germany was restricted or not, playing away your balance would still result in a zero balance.
