Kazino mi je pružio dovoljno dokaza koji potkrepljuju njihove tvrdnje i odluku.
Nakon prikupljanja i pregleda svih potrebnih informacija, ovu žalbu zatvaramo kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova i odredbi kazina – postoje razumni razlozi za verovanje da je bilo korišćenja više naloga/dogovora i zloupotrebe bonusa. Na osnovu dostavljenih podataka, obe fizičke adrese su u osnovi ispravno popunjene. Nažalost, bilo je toliko drugih sličnosti i podudaranja između naloga i njihovih podataka/aktivnosti da čak i da ste vi i vaša devojka igrali odvojeno sa povezanim nalozima, verovatno bi to bilo nemoguće dokazati.
Kazino je delovao u skladu sa svojim uslovima, koje ste prihvatili prilikom registracije.
Žao mi je što nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molim vas, ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.
Ako niste zadovoljni rešenjem za pritužbu, preporučujem vam da konsultujete ADR kazina ako kazino to navodi u svojim Uslovima i odredbama ili direktno nadležnom organu za kockanje. U slučaju bilo kakvih pitanja, slobodno mi pišite na branislav.b@casino.guru .

The casino provided me with sufficient evidence supporting their claims and the decision.
After gathering and reviewing all the necessary information, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - there are reasonable grounds to believe there was use of multiple accounts/collusion and bonus abuse. Based on the data provided, both physical addresses were basically filled out correctly. Unfortunately, there were so many other similarities and matches between the accounts and their data/activity that even if you and your girlfriend had played separately with the linked accounts, it would have been likely impossible to prove that.
The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you accepted upon registration.
