Dobio sam dve opklade 15. septembra i još mi nije isplaćeno. Moje opklade nisu ni priznate kao izgubljene ni dobijene.
Uložio sam žalbu i rečeno mi je da čekam 24 sata, ali ništa se nije dogodilo.
Onda mi je rečeno da čekam 48 sati, i dalje ništa.
Tada mi je rečeno da čekam 48 radnih sati, ali i dalje ništa.
Rečeno mi je da čekam nedelju dana, i još jednom ništa.
Obavešten sam da je došlo do greške dobavljača i da je moj zahtev u njihovim rukama; uveravali su me da će ručno obraditi moju uplatu (to su mi rekli pre više od nedelju dana), ali nisam video nikakav napredak.
Rekli su mi da ću dobiti e-poštu od njihovog šefa u vezi sa mojim problemom, a oni će se obratiti KADA IMA VREMENA! Dobio sam e-poštu, ali nije predstavljao nikakva rešenja. I dalje tvrde da se bave mojim problemom, ali ništa se nije promenilo.
Nemam strpljenja; ponestalo im je izgovora da mi daju—ovo je prevara.
I won two bets on September 15th, and I have yet to be paid. My bets have neither been acknowledged as lost nor won.
I made a complaint and was told to wait 24 hours, but nothing happened.
Then I was told to wait 48 hours, and still nothing.
I was then told to wait 48 business hours, yet still nothing.
I was told to wait one week, and once again, nothing.
I was informed that there was a supplier error and that my request was in their hands; they assured me that they would manually process my payment (they told me this over a week ago), but I have seen no progress.
Now, they've told me that I will receive an email from their boss regarding my issue, and they'll address it WHEN HE HAS TIME! I did receive an email, but it did not present any solutions. They still claim to be handling my issue, but nothing has changed.
I am out of patience; they have run out of excuses to give me—this is a scam.

Me dijeron que es un error de proveedor y que mi pedido esta en manos de ellos y me iban a pagar manualmente (esto me dijeron hace mas de una semana) y todavia nada
Ahora me dijeron que me iba a llegar un mail de su jefe por mi tema y cuando EL TENGA TIEMPO!! se iba a ocupar de mi tema, Me llego un mail pero sin darme una solucion, todo lo mismo me dicen que estan viendo mi tema y todavia nada.
Ya no tienen mas excusas que darme son una estafa
