Odakle vam jedan snimak ekrana koji ste dali iznad, i ako je kao što je kazino tvrdio, da niste uplatili 100€ ili više na svoj račun, kako možete objasniti informacije na vašem snimku ekrana? Da li ste sigurni da je snimak ekrana nastao na vašem kazino nalogu, i to nije samo zahtev koji od vas traži da uplatite depozit, već da ste verovatno uplatili depozit ispod 100€?
Pored toga, bez obzira na u osnovi nepotpune dokaze za vaše tvrdnje, postoji mnogo neslaganja i nejasnih informacija.
Tvrdili ste da je bilo 50 novčića (dostignuće) koje je trebalo da bude uplaćeno na vaš račun, ali istovremeno da je prvi uslov bio da uplatite 100€. Kazino je jasno naveo da na vaš račun nije uplaćen takav depozit, tako da uslov nije ispunjen, a razumem da nemate pravo na novčiće (dostignuće). S druge strane, čak i ako navodno niste izvršili obavezni depozit, tvrdili ste da ste kupili bonus za 50 kovanica, na šta u suštini niste imali pravo. Dakle, ako ste čak imali tih 50 novčića, potrošili ste ih kupovinom bonusa. Onda, šta ti još treba?
Da budem iskren, sada sam potpuno izgubljen. Ne razumem u čemu je stvar i nema nikakvog smisla.
Dakle, sada bi bilo sjajno kada biste još jednom, detaljnije objasnili situaciju i pružili nam dokaze koji potkrepljuju vaše tvrdnje. U suprotnom, ne možemo više ništa da vam pomognemo i bojim se da ću biti primoran da razmišljam o zatvaranju/odbijanju žalbe.
Bilo bi dobro da vidite vezu do tačno promocije/bonusa/dostignuća/ili bilo čega o čemu pričate (ili bar snimak ekrana toga), sa svim pravilima i uslovima, kao i da jasno vidite da ste uspešno ispunili uslove i uslove da primi sve što je ovde sporno.
Kao što ste sami tvrdili gore, prvi uslov je bio da položite 100€ ili više na vaš račun. Dakle, pod uslovom da vaš nalog nije blokiran i da mu još uvek imate pristup, želeo bih da vidim i istoriju transakcija sa vašeg naloga koja pokazuje depozit koji je jednak ili veći od 100€. Zato što se usuđujem da se ne složim sa vašom tvrdnjom da to nije problem - ovde je problem sigurno.

Where did you get the one screenshot you provided above, and if it is like the casino claimed, that you did not deposit 100€ or more to your account, how can you explain the information on your screenshot? Are you sure the screenshot originated in your casino account, and it is not only a request asking you to make a deposit but that you likely made a deposit below 100€?
In addition, regardless of basically incomplete evidence for your claims, there are many discrepancies and unclear information.
You claimed that there were 50 coins (an achievement) that should have been credited to your account, but also at the same time, that the first condition was to deposit 100€. The casino clearly stated that there was no such deposit made to your account, so the condition was not met, and I understand that you are not entitled to the coins (the achievement). On the other side, even if you allegedly did not make a required deposit, you claimed that you bought a bonus for 50 coins, which basically you were not entitled to. So, if you even had those 50 coins, you spent them by buying the bonus. Then, what else do you need?
To be honest, now I am completely lost. I do not understand what the issue is, and it does not make any sense at all.
So, now it would be great if you could explain the situation once again, in more detail, and provide us with evidence supporting your claims. Otherwise, there is nothing we could further help you with, and I am afraid I will be forced to think about complaint closure/rejection.
It would be good to see the link to the exact promotion/bonus/achievement/or anything that you are talking about (or at least screenshots of it), with all the rules and conditions, and also to clearly see that you successfully met the conditions and requirements to receive anything that is disputed here.
As you yourself claimed above, the first condition was to deposit 100€ or more to your account. So, provided that your account is not blocked and you have still access to it, I would like to also see the transaction history from your account showing the deposit that equals or exceeds 100€. Because I dare to disagree with your claim that it is not a problem - it is the problem here for sure.
Please note that also your casino account ID or email should be visible in the data.
