Hvala vam puno što ste podneli ovu žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaše negativno iskustvo sa Magical Spin kazinom. Proverio sam odeljak sa čestim pitanjima u kazinu i evo šta sam našao da su dokumenti prihvaćeni kao dokaz adrese:
• Fotografija računa za komunalije (gas, struja, voda, telefon – ne sme biti starija od 2 meseca od datuma izdavanja) sa imenom i adresom registrovanim na kazino nalogu igrača
Da li imate neki drugi račun za komunalne usluge koji je napisan na vaše ime, ima vašu adresu i koji se može preuzeti kao PDF fajl?
Da li ste kontaktirali korisničku podršku sa savetom o drugim mogućim dokumentima koje biste mogli da podnesete? Da li ste dobili neko objašnjenje zašto vam je odbijeno osiguranje vozila?
Ponekad kazina mogu prihvatiti sertifikat koji je izdala vaša gradska većnica.

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with Magical Spin Casino. I have checked the FAQ section of the casino and this is what I found are the documents accepted as proof of address:
• A photo of a Utility bill (gas, electric, water, telephone – must not be older than 2 months from date of issue) with name and address as registered in player’s casino account
Do you have any other utility bill that is written in your name, has your address, and can be downloaded as a PDF file?
Have you contacted customer support with advice on other possible documents you could submit? Have you received any explanation as to why your vehicle insurance was rejected?
Sometimes, casinos may accept a certificate issued by your town hall.
